We had An excellent experience add this Baskin Robbins location. Dallas, the person who waited on us, did a fabulous job. She knew her product very well. Was able to describe what was in the dolphin ice cream cup treat perfectly. There were five of us in our party and we all got exactly what we wanted thanks to her help. Bravo Dallas!

VERY ANNOYED, Merchant offers products on Uber Eats, we order, we wait an eternity and then they call saying they don't have the ingredients for my order. need to improve a lot.

Didn't have Peanut Butter Chocolate which is basically a staple and then the replacement that my husband returned with- cookie dough, was freezer burnt and gross.

I took my family to get ice cream and was very disappointed. They had less that 12 flavors available. Over half of the freezer was empty. They said the owner won't order enough to a selection. We left without ice cream.
this is a very good stop. clean and quick. but you have to check the direction sign off I-77. another sign covers the directional sign. I knew which way to go because I had been there before but someone else would think your store was in the opposite direction.

I got a two scoop ice cream sundae and it ended up costing almost $10. They said they charge $1 for every topping. Including, PER CHERRY!!! what in the world do they think a sundae consists of? Just ice cream. Never again.
