I stopped going to Bojangles about 2 years ago because of this one storefront. They always screwup the order, when they do actually get it right the food is cold, barely warm at best. The service is slow and it's service with an attitude when you finally get someone.

It’s never Bo time when I go. The food sucks, they’re so lazy here that they have an automated drive thru because the employees are that trash. Hopefully you don’t deal with Jason, he looks like he hasn’t showered in months. I didn’t even want his dirty finger nails touching my bag. Place is too dark for me nowadays, with that comes bad service and poor quality food.

The only reason I didn't give service 1 star was because there was one employee who tried to make it right. First of all, their prices on the drive thru board did not match what I was told at the window. Then, when I got the order and started to pull away, I decided to check to make sure they put everything in. The mashed potatoes (which were the consistency of soup) had spilled all over everything. I pulled over and went inside (in the rain) to have them re-do the order. They ended up adding 4 burned-to-a-crisp Boberry biscuits to the bag. The food was AWFUL! Literally had to throw it away. Bojangles used to be great but this location is disgusting!

Went through the drive-through Sunday afternoon the girl had no clue what I was wanting when ordered eight piece what are my side to be mashed potatoes. Got it home realized I paid $24 for two chicken wings two legs. My mistake. I did not get a receipt so I couldn’t do anything about it. I will never go back there again.

We don’t go here much but when we go through the drive through there is ALWAYS an issue with our order where we have to go back a correct it. This time the biscuits were not cooked properly. The middle was very doughy. The service is not great as the people that take the orders don’t speak up, never look you in the eye and never say thank you for the transaction. Tonight the cooks pants were basically at his knees which made us question even consuming the food. Which we didn’t do much of considering it was uncooked. It’s amazing how no one cares about quality service or professionalism anymore. Where’s the manager?
