Until now, and for the last 45 years, Bojangles had been my main go-to when I wanted a quick breakfast. When your workers’ attitudes are crap, the visit will not be pleasant. Furthermore, the food was awful. Someone doesn’t know how to make biscuits. My visit at this location ended it for me. Like many, I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. So when you’re so careless or stingy, that you can’t even cover the biscuit with gravy, I have a problem with that. Bojangles just lost a loyal customer of 45 years.

Stopped by for a few steak biscuits and drinks. There was a special so all together less than $10 for 2 people. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. One of the better locations I have been in.

Stopped by yesterday for breakfast. The lady in the drive thru window told us our order was free and she didn’t charge us (we weren’t expecting this). Checked this morning and we had a charge for it. She said “I didn’t charge yall, merry Christmas”. Why even say that. Just plain rude. 0/10 don’t go here, they troll in your faces.

Really unfriendly employees who are also just super slow. When we got our food we got fries killed with seasoning, mushy biscuits and a drink that was 90% ice. They handed it to us in a crumpled half ripped bag with a crumpled ball of napkins on top of it all and it looked more like someone pulled it out of the trash. Terrible experience all around.

Ordered a biscuit and gravy but they don't have trays. So they put it in a box that they typically use for chicken with wax paper. The wax paper breaks down in the gravy. Then you end up eating the paper. They were out of the trays. So if they do this when they serve the food, imagine what's happening in the back when they make it

Worst Bojangles in the state. I ordered 2 chicken breast meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. I drive all the way home to find w thighs in the box. I drive all the way back to this Bojangles which is 10 miles from my house
I tell the gentleman about the mistake without saying a word he grabs the box disappears for awhile then comes back and slams the box down in front of me. No I'm sorry no I hope this is better nothing. And they didn't give me fresh potatoes they were ice cold and no gravy. The chicken was cold and dry
Never had such a bad experience at a Bojangles before. Will not go back for sure.

I had only heard and tried the other big names out there until I moved to the area. I was kinda iffy about trying it, but now, I don't think twice when I want fried chicken for dinner. They have pretty good priced family meals and also individual options. Their AI drive-thru voice assistant is pretty accurate, though a human voice is always welcomed.

I placed a catering order for delivery. The morning of pickup, the experience was a complete disaster. Five different delivery drivers were assigned to my order and reassigned. I assumed, possibly the order wasn’t ready or there was a delay, no big deal. It wasn’t until the fifth driver contacted me directly that I learned the store never received the order at all.

I called the store myself, and they confirmed they had no record of it. By that point, we had been waiting over an hour and a half since the order was scheduled for delivery and I asked how to cancel the order and get a refund. No one has been able to tell me how to get a refund.

This was a $250 order with no resolution. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Every time I come here it’s some kind of issue…I wanted a grilled chicken fillet one day…was told they didn’t have any because the ones they had put had been there 45 minutes…but we can’t cook any either? Ok?! They always leave the straw and napkins…always! Take forever to serve you, Greet you, take your order etc…today though I had to wait forever foreverrrr for some hard supremes and crunchy fries…my order was supposed to be bosized…it was not…so I handed it back….when dude gave it back to me he said I put an extra fry in the box…he put five fries in another package and then wouldn’t open the window back…y’all charge $1.19 to bosize…five fries is a bosize? Get out of here with that!! Furthermore I did not get a receipt but I want my money back…I can’t even chew the supremes!!!
