This past Saturday I ordered a variety of 8 bagels $17) ripoff. But I got only 7 bagels. I asked the girl there did she get 2 of each flavor? She said yes. Got home to Mooresville and saw 1 was missing.. I was also short changed by $4. Didn’t realize till I got home. The bagels are great but they higher dumb ass employees. Who du I contact to rectify this???
Ordered a blueberry bagel, got cinnamon sugar instead. Bagel looks and tastes odd.
Nice place to come for a quick bite.
I just got the Vermonter and it was delicious. I don't know the lady's name who was working, but she was very friendly. Thank you.
Rude staff and don’t let you dine in. All chairs put up over hour before closing.
Great food, very busy, need to go early before Breakfast rush.

I’ve been coming to the Cornelius Bruegger’s for 15 years, always hoping it will feel like it used to. Unfortunately, every visit leaves me disappointed. The quality of the bagels has declined—they’re often subpar and even burnt. During my last visit, we waited 35 minutes for just three bagels, with only 1 order of 2 bagels ahead of us because of a horribly understaffed shift. When we finally got our bagels they were not of quality at all. My husband was unable to eat his because he has an allergy to guacamole and they cut his bagel with the same knife as another bagel. My bagel was barely toasted and had so much sun-dried tomato you couldn’t taste anything else (Image included). My bagel looked or tasted nothing like the description said.
There was only one incredibly sweet employee working the front, who seemed to have a disability, managing the entire store while a line of customers waited. It was clear they were overwhelmed, yet there was no additional staff to help. We nearly walked out without the bagels we paid for. We watched four customers walk out due to the wait. One lady asked if there were others working with him, and he said yes but they were in the back “cleaning”. I am appalled this location allows one person to be controlling the front by themselves especially during rush hour. This has been the case every time we have visited this location in the past few months. I’m wondering if the others tell this particular worker that he must control the front while on the same shift with him? Historically at this location, there has ALWAYS been two workers up front.
The location is messy, and bagels are almost always sold out, no matter what time we arrive. This place needs at least two workers to keep up with demand and provide a better customer experience. Sadly, it’s not the Bruegger’s I remember, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered online and was not given the correct food and the rude manager refused to give me a refund and refused to give me any contact information to any other manager or customer service. Now I am out money and don't have the food I paid for. I also ordered a coffee that was 3/4 cream. For $5.
**Editing my review to add that I have already sent in the contact request form regarding this experience. I sent it in immediately after my experience on 11/1 and as of 11/3 I have yet to hear back from anyone and I certainly have not received a refund.

If you want to experience poor apathetic customer service stop in and be waited on by two of the most bored and uncaring employees you will find.
Service was ok…not very busy but definitely slow, simple bagel and CC.
Bathrooms were clean

This was a disappointing experience. Service was okay, although the shop was a little dark. I have been going to different Bruegger's for years, from California to NC and the bagels here are not the same. It almost seems as if they were not boiled, and the dough is different from other locations I have visited. For example, the Greensboro location definitely boils their bagels (I can watch them), and their dough is a bit heavier. Basically, the GSO location has more "chew". I know since I had a couple of bagels left from my last trip to GSO and the ones from this shop just do not match up. I am now stuck with a dozen bagels that are not much better than the ones from Food Lion. Sigh.

5 stars for the bagels, when they have them. It’s unfortunate when they run out of bagels, put a sign on the door, leave the online ordering system up and then refuse to help people with refunds with they walk in the store. I can clearly read the sign on the door, I need a refund, I don’t need bagels. There is no way to cancel the order online. I paid for an order that was never received and then was refused help when needing a refund.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. I ate at Bruegger's years ago and it was pretty good. 😋 Not this time, our bagel turkey sandwich was stale and unappetizing. Two scoops of unremarkable sauce and one slice of turkey. Not a great value for the price. Sadly we won't be visiting this establishment again until there's a new owner and management. 👎👎
