Had a hot dog it was shriveled. Must have been 1-2 days old, borderline food poisoning. Staff needs to be trained. Health Dept needs to visit them, weekly, monthly. Obviously will not be going back. Maybe they need to stick to ice cream only as less likely ro fet sick. Staff was slow and guy was on his phone, girls.were working.

Used to love this location. Very dirty, constantly out of products, and the staff couldn't care less with their teenage attitude issues. What happened, it's gone so downhill?

Please for your employees and customers invest in a drive thru mic that works In Cornelius. You get asked 3 times to repeat your order every time you drive up. If you can’t afford that then maybe have an employee stand there like Chick-fil-a and forward your order inside. Thank you signed a FED UP LOYAL CUSTOMER!

May be Nicest Brusters in the chain. Sits in a beautiful park-like setting along a quaint parkway in a local mixed use neighborhood. Ice cream and service is excellent. Lots of delicious choices. 2 courteous & clean-cut young folks serving behind counter. So rare these days. Refreshing. We'll be back. ....and back..

Generally 8 out of 10 times we go through the drive through but today, visiting with our grandson from France we decided to walk up to the window and sit at one of the outside picnic tables.. I was so disappointed! The location was not very clean, it smelted like raw sewage, the staff wasn't professional or very attentive. This was my worst experience at usually my favorite Bruster's location. It was so bad that while my family ordered, I refused to order anything. I am so disappointed!
