We want to give a shout-out to Henry and Quinn!! They were amazing with their bubbly personalities and their wonderful customer service! They were chatty, courteous and kind!! We always love seeing the employees there, but these two are two of our favorites! They are the two best ice cream-scooping artists in the business!! The way they craft their cones is perfection!!

This was my very first time visiting this place and will more than likely be my last. Due to the customer service that I received today. I was not greeted at all as I approached the counter, instead I had to greet the male employee myself. He did not ask me “ How can I help you” or anything. He just looked at me. I just threw that in, but that is not my issue. This is my concern, I ordered a plain waffle cone and one scoop of the “ Rich and Famous” flavored ice cream. I payed for it along with a tip. I went to my car to eat it. Since I only had one scoop, it did not take long at all to start biting into my cone. I began to tear apart the paper that is wrapped along the bottom of the cone. That was when I noticed that the paper and glue was stuck to my cone and I could not remove it, nor could I eat the cone. I tried my best to remove it, it wasn’t working. I went back in the store and I showed the male employee my cone, the same employee who fixed my cone just minutes ago. He began to converse with a young slender male who looked at my cone. The expression and the body language I received from that male was “ Oh Well”. The other stocky employee approached me and mentioned that “All our cones come like that “. There was a lady beside me in line who heard and saw my issue, she suggested to the stocky employee to give me a bowl. He proceeded to give me a bowl without asking me who had the issue what I wanted. As he was getting the bowl I asked him if he had another cone. He proceeded to give me a sugar cone which is smaller and less expensive than what I paid for along with a spoon and a bowl and sent me on my way. I am very displeased and disappointed. At least replace my cone that I paid for and could not eat because of the paper and glue that was stuck to it ,and why not go the extra mile to replace my whole order equivalent to what I paid for . Please do better with this and show appreciation to every customer that supports your business. Please use some critical thinking skills in how to solve these matters with top notch service being your priority.
