Unusual as it is, we did not have a good meal at Chick-fil-a today. Cashier did not know what diet lemonade was, we had to go back to the counter to get our condiments and then again for the ice dream that wasn't with our order. Table was very sticky and the chicken was tough/chewy.

This is the worst CFA by far, they mess up close to half the orders. I’ve had salads without dressing, nuggets without sauces, drinks without straws - it’s not just one thing, it’s something every time. Check your bag before you leave!!

Walked in and looked for a single clean table that had been wiped down. Couldn’t find one despite there being about 80% of the tables available. What I could find was 2 employees sitting at a table in the dining area on their phones. We left immediately as that much carelessness with the dining area would suggest the same in the kitchen. This elite fast food chain has been pushing for mediocre since Covid. Just doing all they can to lower their standard. Most pathetic display of customer service and effort at cleanliness in the dining area that I’ve ever seen.
Chick-fil-A in Cornelius is one of the best restaurants my family has gone to, they have such good service. (Reviewed by 9 yr old)

I don’t know if I’m the only one but every time I come to this location it always seems to mess my stomach up. I go to the one in Huntersville often and was going there before this one was built but everytime I’ve gone to this location I’ve had stomach issues almost instantly. Am I the only one ?? The chicken also doesn’t hit the same as any other location around here to me

My food was presented hot, fresh, and delicious. They did not put lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwiches as requested, and there wasn't any sauce or ketchup. But I still give the 5 stars because it was the best I've had in terms of freshness from any Chick-fil-A ever Thank you
