For dinner reason the service had declined at this location. I work down the street and go here often. They are usually efficient, quick and courteous. Today that was not the case. Two people behind me in drive-thru received their orders before me. Then when I got to the window they told me to pull up for my order because it wasn't ready. I told them two people behind me had already gotten their orders. There was no apology or appreciation for waiting. Just a look of annoyance. All I ordered was a chicken nugget combo with a lemonade. I think I'll have to take a break from this location for a while. Very disappointed!

I got the best peppermint milkshake of the season here the other night, very pleased with the stupendous dessert! I have not had a bad experience here by any means, but it is always impressive to me when I come through and the average age of their front of house staff is high school. Again, never had any problems, but with no adults in the mix, I am always on the edge of my seat to see what the experience will look like

Ordered a large lemonade was given just two sandwiches checked to receipt and it did not have lemonade. Checked online order and confirmed I paid for large lemonade. Showed staff and instead of confirming what i ordered they just gave me a small or medium lemonade. I do online orders to limit mistakes but it seems there has to be a human element to this that they missed.

This location had missed food on my order so I called and I went back through the drive through and a lady came to me and asked my man for my order I had told her I’m missing food and she turns around asking who had the phone and saying now he’s blocking the way and was giving me a look like it was my fault.

Went through the Cornelius Chick-fil-a twice and both experiences were horrible. That same lady yelled at us the first time visiting for being in the incorrect lane. When we stop again at the same location a month later we ensure to be in the correct lane to avoid her yelling since we saw her in the drive through working. Only to get yelled at again by the same associate for being in the incorrect lane. The drive through is very confusing to the customers. The workers seem to think individual who are coming through for the first time should know exactly where to go! If it’s not a straight through line then have someone directing the cars to avoid this issues! After the second horrible experience I will never go back to this location again. Very unprofessional!

Normally love this location. Went there after 8:30pm and I have no idea what I just ate. It tasted like it was dropped in bleach and mop water. They might have the B team working nights, but I really hope I don’t get sick.
