I appreciate that they allow delivery to my area. It take a while to get - but it's the most delicious sushi I got in the area. Really loved the tuna appetizer. I wish spicy tuna roll was a touch spicier. Definitely will order again.

Came in on a whim on a busy Friday night. Vibe was on point, we ordered most of the popular food/drinks on the menu to give it a fair shake. Wasn't disappointed by a single thing. Service was a little scattershot - seemed a little out of sorts with the volume. In the end, talked to the GM and he was very understanding. Will be back for sure. (Cowboy Bebop Roll for President)

I do not like to write negative reviews and I normally really enjoy Coolfish (might be because it is the only late night place that stays open in the area) but tonight was not good. I could chalk it up to being a rainy Monday but customers on a rainy Monday should receive the same food and service as customers on any other day of the week. When my husband and I arrived, the "hostess" was sitting down and even though she was pleasant, she didn't seem interested in seating us. Our server stopped by and got drink orders, then came back to get food orders at which time we told him that we needed to have the bill split so that my husband could expense his portion for work. My husband's food came very quickly. My app came next and it was mushy and not as well prepared as usual (tempura asparagus)....and then I waited and waited for my meal (waffles and chicken appetizer). A different server said that it would be out shortly....and so I waited again. Our original server stopped by and asked how everything was....at this point I asked for my meal to go because my husband was almost done with his dinner. Another server stopped by to apologize and said they were having trouble with the waffle iron...if I would have know that earlier, I would have ordered something different. A few different servers stopped by to ask how our meal was, and each time I said that I would let them know when I ate it at home because it didn't arrive in time to eat in the restaurant. Finally, a different server from the one who took our order came by with the bill and it had not been divided like we asked, but we didn't make a fuss and paid it anyway. But wait...ANOTHER server stopped by and asked us if we were ready for our check...even though we had just paid it. Yes, all restaurants (and all businesses) have an off night but tonight was EXTRA off. The many different servers who stopped by were all nice (well, our original server was a bit bothered that he had to work on a Monday it seemed) but they all were a bit clueless.

According to the Google machine I've eaten here 12 times. So it must be pretty dang good. I always get one of the poke bowls and try a new beer. Staff has had a lot of changes but they always are wonderful. I especially like stopping in on a warm day and sitting on the patio.

First visit: takeout. Chef's kiss. Staff and food were on point.Decided to make a second visit based on the positive experience of the first visit.Second visit: takeout again. Staff: no greeting, no offer of assistance, but lots of eye contact.Got home hungry and opened our food to plate it.One of our party received a half dead salad.Some of the greens (?) appeared almost black and were wet. Some had brown edges.Extremely unappetizing and unquestionably below par when compared with the (same) salad we ordered on our first visit.Whole salad rendered inedible and tossed in the trash.After our first visit, we were excited about finding a new go-to spot. Sadly, it looks like we were mistaken.Maybe it was just a "one-off" but not worth another visit after this unfortunate incident.
