It's a great place, and good food. Been going there for a long time, and for the 1st time I had a bad experience. On 9/6/24 around 5:15pm I ordered a burger without cheese, when I got it, it had cheese on it and I asked no cheese. What did they do? They scrapped the cheese off the burger rather than doing the proper thing and make a new burger. That is terrible of them and the cook. And yes, I know because there was still some cheese on the burger. Thank goodness I am not allergic to cheese.
I was lured to this place with the good reviews on google and the "crafty" in the name of the place thinking it would be a delicious burger. The burger felt like a frozen thing that wasn't even cooked meat, microwaved. It was awful. I still had a nice time because the beer was tasty, but really all the food we ordered was awful.
