We had the worst service at Crafty Burger Antiquity last night. Our family decided to go because my parents were in town and wanted a good burger. We were sat and our waitress, Emma F came over and no smile, nothing. Very matter of fact and looked angry that she had to work. We ordered and got our food and she never came to check to see how our food was or anything. Never got refills except my dad who had to ask. Both my kids were with me and ordered off the kids menu. We got our bill and she charged us full price for the kids meals and also charged for their drinks. I asked her about the drinks because it said free with kids meals and she said well I had to charge them full price for the kids meals and she said I mean I can take them off if you want it and she rolled her eyes. I told her to do whatever because at the point I was over her. She never took them off of course. The food was great but the service was the worst we have ever had. We will never ever dine at Crafty Burger again because this just left such a bad impression. The waitress needs to be trained on Customer service. It’s not that hard to smile or be polite.

Came here with family, 5 of us, after 7 on a weeknight evening. Not too crowded. We were told to seat ourselves. Server was quick to take our drink orders, which were delivered quickly, and our food orders a few mins later. Husband ordered Guinness which came in a bottle. Two of us ordered chicken tenders, and three ordered burgers. Everything arrived after about 10 mins, and cooked exactly as expected. I had the chicken fingers which were way bigger than fingers, with onion rings and the rotating side which was a garbanzo salad. There were 4 flattened and breaded pieces of chicken breasts and crispy batter fried onion rings. The salad had garbanzo beans, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cucumbers with a light vinaigrette. It was all a huge portion and really good. Would definitely order this again. Noise level was low as it was getting close to their closing time. Server was polite and professional. She checked on us regularly but didn’t rush us. Will definitely return.

Been coming here since the day it opened. Not what it used to be. Cold baked beans... Literally room temperature. Limp, soggy sweet potato fries. Chicken sandwich was perfect. Good beer selection.

It's a great place for a burger, we have just 2 issues it seems to be a hit and miss with the freshness of the buns. And we have been to 3 different locations they all get the level of cook wrong.

As a family we have eaten at this restaurant multiple times over the years. We appreciate the menu selection and affordable kids meal. Tonight, unfortunately, all our meals came out cold. My sandwich included bbq sauce but was applied lightly. I asked for another side of sauce but was never informed I would be charged for the additional side of sauce-which was included on my sandwich to start. The waitress was fine throughout the meal, until the end when I address my concern with not being informed of the up-charge for the sauce. Upon informing her of my concern, she was spotted walking away rolling her eyes at me. It should be noted that we were not a difficult table at any point. Other than requesting sauce, we asked nothing above and beyond of our waitress. We are not so sure that we will be back after tonight’s meal.
Edited in response to the comment from the owner: we ate in Cornelius and no manager was visible to us. The incident with the waitress happened at the end.

My order didn't come out correctly. After asking twice, we were gonna stay for more drinks but they never came back for us. After my food order was wrong, they didn't care. Also waitress , instead of bringing us check or offering another drink. Hanging behind the wall with other waitresses and bar tender. Poorly managed !!!.

Recently came to Crafty burger with a friend for lunch and we each ordered something. There is a sushi restaurant next door and because I had ate burgers the night before I felt like ordering some sushi. I was told by the quote on quote general manager who has no customer service experience and dreaded piglocks, I wasn’t allowed to eat my sushi on their premises even though I had ordered something and my friend had ordered her lunch. This quote on quote general manager did not introduce herself but was taking our orders was very rude. I simply asked a few questions and she replied in an unfriendly manner and was not accommodating whatsoever. I am very disappointed with my first time at Crafty Burger. I really don’t know if I will ever go back to the Cornelius location or recommend to anyone EVER!!! I was really looking ? forward to having a nice meal with my friend and it just turned into us having to wait to box up everything as it came out paying right away and leaving so we could look for somewhere else to sit and eat our food. Sooooooo Disappointing!!!!!

Overall it was an extremely cool place to grab a beer and burger (or chicken tenders or sandwich). The food is good and so is the beer. It's not a place I'd put on the map, no offense, but it's not a spot to ignore either.
