Very disappointed! This dominos pizza was terrible yesterday! My friend was going to buy some pizzas for birthday party but they didn't deliver the order! Very bad situation!

The worst service I've ever used. We ordered pizza for our child's birthday party. The pizza wasn't delivered! After a long delay, we called the fire support company and they assured us the order had been delivered. So, we had to go get the pizza ourselves while our hungry children were waiting at home.

I stopped in last night was craving a pizza . The cashier just walked up to cash register just looking no hello or nothing. I asked for extra sauce . Guy he put it on there I asked he said yes . Got home pizza was so dry . Customer service was terrible.

This location is fine if you want to do carry out, but if you want delivery, I’d recommend another restaurant. Both of my orders this week have taken several hours longer than the estimated wait time on the tracker. The people are nice, albeit understaffed, but I’d caution against ordering pizza delivery from this location if you hope to get your food in a reasonable amount of time.

At first they tell me 30 minutes then they add on another 25 minutes but now it's been over an hour. Last time for me.

i can tell you right now. this store has the sweetest employees!!! i order frequently and even if a request isn’t available on the app - i just call the store, and they’re happy to fill it! i love all the drivers, and the food is always amazing :)

I just had an amazing experience with Danielle, the GM at Domino’s in Cornelius, NC 28031. She went above and beyond to help me place a preorder for my kid’s birthday party, and I honestly can’t thank her enough.
Danielle took the time to walk me through everything: how many pizzas I’d realistically need for a group of hungry kids and adults, the best way to structure the order, and what time to have everything ready so it would be fresh and hot right when we needed it. She even helped me get the best value possible with a payment option that made total sense for my budget.
After talking to her, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind: I’m not ordering pizza from anywhere else. She made the whole process stress-free. Domino’s is lucky to have someone like Danielle running the show. She 100% deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for the incredible job she’s doing.

Disappointed. I ordered the $9.99 pizza deal in Cornelius. Everyone was ordering that night so it took longer than usual. I understood that, but when I got my pizza home, I couldn't believe how skimpy they were with my toppings. I felt cheated. Having to wait is understandable, but waiting for a pizza like the one I received was very disappointing. Now I know coupons mean you shouldn't expect the same pizza as regular price.

Placed a delivery order an hour ago at 4:05pm on tuesday 9/30 and i still havent gotten it, says my order is in quality check at 4:16 and i see the delivery driver out now and apparently its because my order was sitting there im guessing waiting because they had to do another delivery , mind you last time i ordered a guy driving a volkswagen jetta delivered my order and was super rude even though i tipped him , this restaurant started off good but now its just declining, is the service and the food gonna get better or is corporate the answer? Update: driver came and she was super nice and apologetic but this is definitely on the store whats going on?
