Domino's Pizza

The last three deliveries I've had from here have been perfect. Even with a few previous mistakes, the manager listened to my concerns and fixed the issues. Johnathon nails every order I ask for, give that man a raise. The parmesan crust buffalo chicken was awesome man! The delivery drivers deserve a lot of credit too, they're fast and always friendly! Keep it up ya'll

I ordered two pizzas on Saturday February 1st and I was very disappointed when I opened the box. The crust was very thick, had a lot of sauce, and a little bit of cheese although I ordered extra cheese. I called today, February 3rd and spoke with Danielle, the manager. She listened to my concerns and replaced both pizzas for me. They arrived visibly better than my previous order and were delicious as well. Thank you Danielle, for such wonderful customer service!

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Said it would be 27 minutes. When the tracker came up it said it would be 68-78 minutes. If I knew that, I would not have placed the order. It should never take that long for 2 medium pizzas.

Update 12-13-24, the owner has reached out to me for additional details and to correct the situation. That is very positive on their part, and I respect a business that not only pays attention to their reviews but works hard to satisfy their customers. That is a big plus for them! That doesn't change the fact that the time went from 27 minutes to over an hour after I hit "enter."

Ordered pizza an hour ago and was given estimated time 36-46 minutes. Called store and they said “You may just want to cancel your order because you are way down the list. We just finished making 100 pizzas for another order.” I asked why nobody called and they said they weren’t allowed to call. When I asked to cancel the order I was told I would not get my free pizza coupon back that I had redeemed. I asked to speak to a manager because that sounded wrong, and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I was then hung up on and had to call back. Manager got on phone immediately and said they would give me free pizza coupon back and I was misinformed by initial employee. So many frustrating points here - from incorrect quoted time, to nobody alerting us, to spending more time wasted on hold and being hung up on, and we still have nothing to eat! Thanks a lot Dominos! Will not return to this location. If you take an order for 100 pizzas, you should make sure you’re equipped to handle that while also taking in new orders for other customers. No excuses!

I got an email saying I could get a free emergency pizza. I clicked on the link and download the app and the link would not load up. I called the local manager and she was unwilling to get me my free emergency pizza that was promised.

Ordered for delivery was told 30 minutes. Called back in an hour. She told us the delivery driver was coming to me next. Called back in another 20 minutes and the guy who answered said he doesn’t have an order for my address. The woman I talked to confirmed my address both times I talked to her. Terrible service, the guy didn’t even care hung up. Saturday night July 27th.
