This is a cute location—don’t get me wrong. Unfortunately, this will likely be my first and last visit. The staff really needs to work on their customer service skills.
I came in specifically for a Cookie Dough Dunkalatte and was told they only had Brown Sugar and that they don’t sell anything cookie dough-related. Meanwhile, right behind them, their sign clearly advertised both a Cookie Dough frozen beverage and a Cookie Dough coffee. When I pointed this out, it wasn’t addressed—and the tone I got from Erik (at least that’s the name on my receipt) felt passive-aggressive the entire time.
The one bright spot was the person who handed me my food—they were polite and pleasant. It’s a shame, because the visit started off with potential, but the experience didn’t live up to it.
I order from here frequently but this morning in particular the hash browns were nice and hot and my bagel sandwich was delicious as well! (And I ordered a plain bagel by mistake but wasn’t even disappointed) So thank you to whoever made my mobile order around 8am on 6/2!

Some of the workers here really do a great job, and some of them will mess my order up every single time, without fail, and rant about their boss openly. It’s always a coin flip if you go here.

I just want to take a minute to recognize the amazing staff at the dunkin donuts on zion street in cornelius nc. Most of the staff appear to be younger adults and high school students. They give great customer service. They are always polite and they communicate well with each other when it gets busy. And this store does get busy. These kids work! Trey was especially helpful this morning but he's always a ray of sunshine. Seriously. He's great! For reference I have been a regular at this store. Everyday. For the past year. These kids do a very good job!

Can't speak to the customer service, as I walked in and right out. This store is filthy... Floors littered with trash and spills. If this is what the customer sees I don't even want to see the back of the house.

I love this Dunkin. It's really special to go into a national chain and be treated like I'm walking into my local coffee shop. The food and drinks are always great and super fresh. My elderly mom goes in almost every day, and she's treated beautifully and with great respect every time, which is something you don't see all the time in our culture, and something I hugely appreciate. The manager, Dimitri, seems to pretty much always be there, and he obviously takes great pride in the store and in the performance of his staff.

Just close it down.
Couldn’t get any worse . Everyone with their hoodies on, take the trash out, don’t wash their hands and go straight to grab your donut

Crappy service and the employees are rude and annoyed by customer. They work at Dunkin and can’t even make a coffee correctly.
