Can't speak to the customer service, as I walked in and right out. This store is filthy... Floors littered with trash and spills. If this is what the customer sees I don't even want to see the back of the house.

Just close it down.
Couldn’t get any worse . Everyone with their hoodies on, take the trash out, don’t wash their hands and go straight to grab your donut

Crappy service and the employees are rude and annoyed by customer. They work at Dunkin and can’t even make a coffee correctly.

Hey I usually go here because it’s reliably good. But we threw out pretty much all the food we got. For $20 two coffees were horrible. Peppermint mocha smelled like peppermint and tasted like water. Cappuccino was soooo bitter. The hash browns tasted like they were cooked in old oil with a weird fishy taste. $20!!!! Go somewhere else.

I called in a total Hail Mary the morning of Sept. 26th and the staff on duty were able to help me so efficiently and kindly. I can't say enough about how accommodating the staff is - they made about 10 gallons of coffee in 20 minutes. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Too slow to be in business. It's like it's their first time doing anything except taking money.

Thank you to the sweet man who served us. When my son's ice cream fell on the floor I thought his little heart was going to be crushed, but honey, you whipped him up another scoop and told him it was going to be ok so fast he had no chance to shed a tear. Lol thank you for being you!

I’ve been coming here for a few years. I use the app religiously and nervous to see how much money I’ve actually spent here. There has been a high turnover with staff over the years. The current staff knows the product and has been here for a while now. They are extremely courteous, kind and fun to talk with. I’m only giving 4 stars because the frozen coffee machine has been down for 2 weeks. I’m holding that 5th star hostage until it’s fixed. I don’t want it mixed in the Baskin Robbins side as a substitute. I’ll call the owner, Bob D Donut, myself if I have to.

I am a DAILY customer of the Zion Street location in Cornelius, NC. Due to the heat & humidity today I requested a small cup of tap water for my dog when picking up my order. I was told there would be a charge of $0.55
which I declined on principal. I guess 55 cents is more important than retaining a loyal customer!

This place disappointed. Both breakfast sandwiches came out ice cold. Then when they remade the sandwiches the came out cold again. Also I’ve asked for the new white chocolate hazelnut coffee and the past 3 weeks the say that they are out of white chocolate!

Came in at 6:20 on a Wednesday & the cashier was sitting talking to her friend who does not work there and did not want to take our order because “they did not know the password to the computer to be able to take the order and the manager wasn’t there.” How are you gonna be open and not know the password to take orders. That’s crazy.
