Came in at 6:20 on a Wednesday & the cashier was sitting talking to her friend who does not work there and did not want to take our order because “they did not know the password to the computer to be able to take the order and the manager wasn’t there.” How are you gonna be open and not know the password to take orders. That’s crazy.

Usually go with my daughter almost every Sunday like around 4 and I order the same caramel macchiato but today was bitter and disgusting plus the girl server was rude they need to pay attention to the costumers instead of the boyfriend.....today is the last time me and my daughter are going to your business......and kind of regret not asking for my money back!!!

Two young boys were the only employees serving. My husband and I waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and I had to keep asking for the 2nd drink. They made sporadic drinks for different orders. All of the customers in the store were frustrated. My coffee was not made correctly and they were playing the worst country music. Was not worth the time or money. They needed a supervisor present.

Haven't been to a Dunkin in quiet some time. Went in to get a Hot Fudge Sundae, they did have it on the menu.The employee at counter said she wasn't sure if they had Hot Fudge, they are often out but then checked and said they did.I got a scoop of ice cream in a cup with a spoonful of thick brown clumpy sludge on top. They were also out of nuts and whipped cream.So really no sundae. Poor Experience all around.

Been a customer for years. This place had gone downhill for the past 10 years. All the coffee tastes the same. Burned. The overpriced breakfast sandwiches taste microwaved and not fresh @ all. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich with “fried eggs” cheese and bacon. I assumed the bread would be toasted. Nope. Stale & chewy. It was all bread, the sandwich was put together sloppy. Two tiny pieces of rubbery bacon with no flavor. Eggs were microwaved with gross sour cheese. Just an all around disappointment. I’m done with Dunkin’s

got there at drive up 7:40 pm 5/21/23...was told closed and no food available! supposed to be open until 8 pm! the 3rd time this happened. had to drive back to mcdonalds. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I wouldThis location is complained about by so many peopleYou can order online with plenty of time, it's never ready. EverWalked in there after ordering 10 minutes prior, not one person in the store. One saw me, disappeared to the back, and the other one watched me waiting for the order and was "restocking" without saying a word. 2 minutes later I finally asked and they hadn't even started itIt's like this EVERY SINGLE TIME

If there were a Zero Star option, I would have chosen Zero.Terrible experience. Ordered a small Chai Tea Latte. 10 minutes later I went to check on my order. One girl looks at the other, and come to find out my ticket wasn't dropped. Another 5 minutes go by, still no Chai Tea Latte. Ended up getting a full refund, ironically as the manager is starting her shift and says, "I don't have time to deal with this right now." I guess the customer service, or lack there of is unimportant at this location? No one, including the manager, even attempted to fix a simple wrong. I will not be going back to this location.
