Warning to both customers and Doordash drivers - the food will sit on the counter unfinished, because they cannot handle demand. They also can’t handle common courtesy, or checking in with customers to let them know timeframes. My last and final visit, they half made a food order, and walked away from it for 10 minutes while it gathered dust. Abysmal location. One worker even asked me why people order delivery from DK, he said they’re always out of everything. Zion location is a lot better.

1/28/25 7:34AM Pulled in to the drive thru, no lines, just me and still waited a little bit and when someone spoke thru the speaker you could tell she was giggling because she couldn’t talk well to ask me what I want to order and when I got my order it was wrong. Caucasian girl getting my order was NOT paying attention because she busy giggling and chatting with her coworker while working. It’s okay to have fun at work but do your job first correctly. I’m going back to Starbucks.

Literally the slowest service ever. I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes & counting for one medium energy drink. When I got to the window I was asked what my order was after I waited 10 to order at the speaker. I understand when it’s busy & understaffing, but it really gets to a point!!

By far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I have been to numerous dunkins around this country and this is the worst. The woman with the black and white hair needs to be fired immediately! Rudest person in the building and doesn't know what she is doing.

One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to. On at least three separate occasions a DoorDash order has had the wrong food (Dunkin’s fault, not the dasher). Drive Thru takes forever too, even during off hours. I was one of two people in the drive thru at a point in time and, when I got to the window, they didn’t even know what I had ordered. Employees are not the most competent.

Just a recommendation for management. When your business hours stated that you open at 5am you might want to make sure your employees have the sign turned on in the drive through, and the lights in the building. When I pulled up this morning the place looked closed, however when I went to the dark sign there was a voice to help me at 5:30am but the place had no lights on inside at all appearing closed. Might give people the wrong impression.
