I visit the Cornelius Dunkin’ Donuts location every single day for my medium coffee, and it’s always a great experience. The girls at the window are incredibly friendly and always greet me with a smile. It’s such a nice feeling to be recognized and welcomed like a regular. They truly go out of their way to make my day better, and it means a lot. Consistent service, great coffee, and even better people — this location is the highlight of my morning routine. Highly recommend!

Warning to both customers and Doordash drivers - the food will sit on the counter unfinished, because they cannot handle demand. They also can’t handle common courtesy, or checking in with customers to let them know timeframes. My last and final visit, they half made a food order, and walked away from it for 10 minutes while it gathered dust. Abysmal location. One worker even asked me why people order delivery from DK, he said they’re always out of everything. Zion location is a lot better.

1/28/25 7:34AM Pulled in to the drive thru, no lines, just me and still waited a little bit and when someone spoke thru the speaker you could tell she was giggling because she couldn’t talk well to ask me what I want to order and when I got my order it was wrong. Caucasian girl getting my order was NOT paying attention because she busy giggling and chatting with her coworker while working. It’s okay to have fun at work but do your job first correctly. I’m going back to Starbucks.

Literally the slowest service ever. I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes & counting for one medium energy drink. When I got to the window I was asked what my order was after I waited 10 to order at the speaker. I understand when it’s busy & understaffing, but it really gets to a point!!
