If you haven’t tried Ed’s Tavern for brunch, you’re missing out!! The shrimp & grits - amazing! The service was outstanding (thank you, Brittany! ) & the management staff (Russell) TOP NOTCH! We will definitely be back & will be asking for Brittany! So attentive & personable!

The main problem is the atmosphere. If your definition of a “sports bar” is “Northlake mall food court with some TVs” this is the place for you.
All the charm this building used to have is gone, and it’s a shame. The lighting is WAY too bright and the whole place is just bland and boring. There’s a handful of flat beer signs and TVs, but everywhere else is totally bare. It looks AI-generated or like how “instagram moms” decorate their homes - without any character.
Really a shame what happened to this building, and it doesn’t classify as a “sports bar.” Would recommend taking your game day activities to any of the other real sports bars in Cornelius/Huntersville

Our waitress CAROLINE was complete trash and the worst most unprofessional waitress I have ever seen. She was nasty, rude and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I have never seen anything like it .She rolled her eyes at us when she took our orders , got mad when we said we had no utensils and literally threw the check at me and the pen. I will be calling to speak to a manager about her . It’s unfortunate because Ed’s does have excellent food and the rest of the staff is pleasurable. They will lose business if they keep someone like this around.

Love the feel of the sports bar environment here. Food is great. We've been here several times and the wings, pretzels, chicken sandwich, pasta, and fish are all good. The only thing I don't recommend is the Philly Cheese steak.

My wife, our dog and myself come here at least once a week. The food is always great and reasonably priced. Staff is very kind and always accompanied by great service! Definitely would recommend sitting on the patio on a nice day, great atmosphere!

Love going to Ed's for our Sunday night dinners. Lynn and Miranda are the best! Even if they don't have us they always stop and say hello and ask how we are. Now that is customer service!
I found this place during Hurricane Helene. Great place to watch NFL games. Food is good too. Really like their variety and make really good soups for winter!

Crazy drunk people push customers to drink. It was a horrible experience!!!. Managers of the bar needs to watch people's behaviors. People who cannot control themselves under alcohol need to be banned from the bar.

Lots of TVs. Nice space. Service was lackluster... not "bad" per se, and maybe I just got unlucky with the crew, but it definitely didn't leave me with any desire to return. Food was ok. Turkey bacon smash was tasty, but small for the price. Healthy serving of tots ..... but they were overcooked. Right on the brink of burnt. Boo. I also ordered the Carolina Paw whatever drink. I'm not a drinks connoisseur, it tasted ok, but it was FULL of ice and even I could tell the amount of vodka/gin in it was minimal. Skip this place.
