I read the reviews, decided to try it anyway. I didn't get a chance to try the food so I can't rate that, I walked in and was asked by one of the two waitress was I picking up, told her I wanted to order. She continued to wrap Utensils, never offer a menu the other waitress stood in front of the one folding napkins and chatted. It was four customers in there and I was never waited on. I knew one of the customers we chatted for a few, he asked what was I having, I said it was my first time and was hungry. The waitress (that was standing) walked by I asked could she take my order, she said sure hold on a minute, proceeded to send a text on her phone. I turned to walk out she said, oh no, hold on, I said no thank you your send your text..... SMH!!!!!

Decided to visit this spot after seeing it every time I visit my sister. What stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff. Especially Bella. She was actually my waitress. Her energy is so vibrant something that's very important to have in the restaurant industry. Her parents did a great job with her. The food was pretty good but my service was even better. My money was well spent. I told her never let anyone dim your light keep shining. I would definitely visit again. No complaints about anything except for the sticky pepper Shaker and table not cleaned properly.

We dined there this morning at 8:30.. When we arrived there were only three tables. Our server was instructed to go all the way to Costco in Mooresville to get cups in the middle of our service. She left her code for the other server to close us out. She left the wrong code. Server #2 repeatedly texts her for the correct code. Meanwhile the restaurant now has nine tables with one server. Manager no where in sight! The food came out wrong and the homefries were terribly dry! Server #2 closes every table out before finally transferring us to her. Don’t get me wrong-she was working hard, but really we had been ready to go forever! Not a place I will be going back. Maybe the owner, Chris, and the manger should be a little more available!

I was surprised that this location was almost empty when I ate there. I eat all the time at locations in the SC Upstate area and they are always packed with a line to get in. I have to agree with the negative reviews regarding service; the manager sat at the counter on his cellphone for 5 minutes prior to our waitress addressing our needs. He barely spoke then was back to his phone. There is obviously a disconnect with customer service at this location. And, it's in a horrible location to begin with (parking, etc). Having stated, this, once our waitress got to us, she was awesome. The food is always excellent but yes, it's pricey. However, if you like traditionally breakfast foods, this is a good choice.

So I ordered the southern bowl and didn't have sausage in it but had cheese. Thats not the southern bowl. When I mentioned it to my waitress nothing was done and still had to pay full price. The picture is what I left. If someone leaves that much food it should be obvious something was wrong. While up here I think I'll stick with waffle house. This is highly upsetting because the one in Leland, NC and Southport, NC is amazing then to be ripped like this is atrocious.

This place had to shut down due to loosing the entire staff in the last few months. There is zero management besides an incompetent owner who treats his employees like garbage. Within his first year open he’s had to temp close in order to hire an entire new staff and still can’t get it right according to other reviews. Please do NOT give this place business .

Normally, would have left the restaurant with having to wait 20plus minutes for drinks but we had family visiting from out of state and a party of eight. Overall experience was under par. Our drinks finally started coming when food started arriving. Wanted to give the server the benefit of the doubt- he was flying solo but only had four tables. One family of five actually walked out that arrived after us. Food was just okay, coffee was cold, loved the atmosphere. Really wish this experience would have made a better first impression.
