Came in with the family on a Sunday. By the time we sat down at a table, it wasn't terribly busy; the breakfast crowd had died down. Despite that, we sat at a table with our kids for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. A group that sat down directly next to us at the same time had menus and drinks. We left without ever being helped.
Food's decent (we know from a prior visit), as is atmosphere, but the complete lack of service was disappointing; there's plenty of quality breakfast joints we haven't had this experience at.
