Hungry Howie's Pizza

Ordered a pizza back in August and never received my pizza, when I requested for a refund the next day who ever was in charge told me that it was already reversed going back onto my account. Decided to give it a couple business days, still nothing when I returned they acted like they didn't know how and had me leave a note for the manager to call me back. Next couple days still silence, called customer service and they put in a ticket basically, I kept going in circles for a refund.. it shouldn't be that difficult. And it's a shame because I really enjoyed this place. But if you can't process a simple refund, that clearly shows how much you care about customers.?

Placed an order around 7 and have been waiting almost two hours for it to be delivered via Doordash. Poor Doordash employee has been waiting for an hour and a half. No way for me to cancel the order because they are not answering the phone. I know it's Halloween but how are they backed up for TWO HOURS?! I see lots of similar reviews here about being understaffed and ridiculously long wait times. Maybe they should be more prepared on Halloween night (or pretend they care a little about customer service).

Not impressed with the service, not sure what they are doing in the back. Playing loud not appropriate music for customers walking into the store. Store is filthy. Pizza way past due estimate time. I’m sure this store doesn’t get returning customers.

Always understaffed and orders are usually late on weekends. Ordered online - supposed to be ready in 20 minutes…more like 35-40!

Pizza is good but they can not handle the business and you have to wait way too long for your order. They need to be able to handle the business they have and unfortunately they can not.

I've been twice in 3 weeks and had the same issue both times. The order is about 90% accurate and the service is painfully slow. My food was ready about 20 minutes after the estimate. Other people were coming in, waiting and then cancelling their orders due to the wait.

Dill pickles, Bacon, extra cheese & Ranch dressing for the sauce, with a dill pickle & ranch crust topping. Was awesome, very tasty & fast and courteous service.

Could use a good cleaning on the entry way the rug was filthy, tiles need to be replaced or glued back to missing places.

What happened!? Crust has completely changed and they forget to add the crust seasoning regularly. Not to mention how old I received these you can tell they sat around even though they got to me in 40 minutes. This is the 2nd time in a row we have received terrible pizza like this. Not going to be fooled again

Put an online order in, and two minutes later it gets cancelled. Confused I tried to call the location, and I get the operator who's taking orders to connect me to them. I get six rings, then I hear the receiver pick up, only to have them hang up immediately after. Now I've got wait two days to get my money back. This location deserves no praises, or customers.

The employees deserve better than this store!!! It’s 97° inside and 101° outside!! They are sweating profusely!!! They need AC this is illegal!!! Inhumane!!! Disgusting!!! This is not how you care for your employees!! Whoever owns this building needs to shut down!! Or the AC fixed asap!!!!

This is the first time in the many years that I’ve purchased from Hungry Howies that I’ve ever had to pick up the phone and request a refund. What I don’t understand is who behind the counter during the inspection process thought that sending this mess out the door to a paying customer? My calzone appeared to be under cooked, lacking Parmesan cheese and just wrong. I did request a refund and I’m waiting for it to post to my account. Due to the lack of common courtesy during inspection I will NOT return nor will I recommend this location to anyone. I drove 45 min to this location all just to throw it in the trash when I returned home. Go elsewhere.

I've never ordered from here but it's within walking distance of my house. I called last night to be left on hold for 5 minutes, so I hang up and call back to be left on hold for 2 more minutes. Needless to say I will not attempt to order from here again.

First of all, the food is terrible. Second of all so are the employees.

They didn’t send out 2 liter Pepsi with initial order, I called them to get a refund and they offered to send it out and I received a Diet Pepsi. The staff at this location are incompetent
