Order a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with portobello mushrooms for my wife. Got it home the meat and everything did not come up halfway to the top of the roll. Called to ask about it and the guy that made the sandwich said well the portobellos are As well as the onions and peppers. Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever seen

I ordered online off the app and my sandwich was mistakenly. Made the way I did not want it. The employees went above and beyond and told me they would remake it without an issue.This place is amazing for that

Workers can't put new gloves on then push numbers in cash machine.Then go back and work on your sandwich. This was a new worker ,2hat is the rush.Happen on October 29,2024 approximately 11.55 am

I've picked up orders from this location as both a customer and as a DoorDasher. They are always super reliable and efficient with their orders - on top of the quality Jersey Mike's ingredients!

Ordered lunch for delivery and they left a sandwich out. Upon calling the store manager accused my wife of lying- "I know that sandwich was there because I packed it myself." Well I was the one that removed the 3 strips of tape and found only 3 sandwiches. So it must be ME that is lying and unfortunately for you, Sam the manager, there are only 3 sandwiches.

Mistakes can be fixed with decent customer service(customer is always right, fyi... and also actually right in this case) but THIS they will not recover from as far as we're concerned.

Thank you so much to the 5/19/24 team who took great care regarding the gluten free order I placed: They asked if it was allergy or preference, and as soon as I said allergy, they made sure to avoid cross contamination.

The team also looked like they were having fun at their job as a team.

Great subs in a world of subs. The only thing that could be improved would be when they have a few minutes, the tables, in and out, to sanitize them. Just because there's no paper on the tables, they do have pop, sub crumbs, oils, etc.

Subs were very good, but the hot sub was only warm on one side. Still tasty. The 3 person staff was goofing - joking around and the tables and floor were not clean. It was 2:00 pm and not busy. We ate in and tables were not ever cleaned as staff was still enjoying themselves, with a small amount of customer arrivals. Minimal effort to make a good customer experience.
