Great subs in a world of subs. The only thing that could be improved would be when they have a few minutes, the tables, in and out, to sanitize them. Just because there's no paper on the tables, they do have pop, sub crumbs, oils, etc.

Subs were very good, but the hot sub was only warm on one side. Still tasty. The 3 person staff was goofing - joking around and the tables and floor were not clean. It was 2:00 pm and not busy. We ate in and tables were not ever cleaned as staff was still enjoying themselves, with a small amount of customer arrivals. Minimal effort to make a good customer experience.

Food was nasty. Worst chicken Philly I’ve ever had! Wasn’t even hot. The guy who so called helped me was kinda weird.

I normally love this location, except today all the tables were dirty, no sweet tea and girl cutting the meats did not add the cheese to my #8. She was scraping the bottom of the meat ends and not full slices on our sandwiches. I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner a few months ago and would think he would be very disappointed on our visit today. They were not busy at all today when we went in at 2:00 so this can’t be blamed for not cleaning the tables. We were the last to leave and all employees were in the back. When I mentioned the sweet tea was not sweetened, (Christian ?) said we could add more sugar.

Could not received sandwich that was made as ordered because the restaurant was managed by teen’s unauthorized to accept a $50 bill. They didn’t inform me until the end of that transaction my payment was not allowed.

Haven’t had JM sub in a long time got 2 #9’s and they were delicious and filling! If only my kids didn’t use my points lol! Love this location! Never had a bad experience here! Keep up the great work! Definitely will be back again!

This location really is a "Sub above ". Kind fast staff. I order a 8 Mike's way. Came out PERFECT. I want to shout Mike the slicer who was so kind. I WILL BE BACK. My food was amazing and actually wrapped correctly way to be a sub above guys
