Amazing Pizza, Great Owner

Beware. Ordered pizza last evening through their web portal. Credit card was hacked as a result. If you can avoid it, don't order online. Also, placed the order at 5:30 PM. Arrived at 6:00 as the system said 30 minutes. Had to wait another hour before we left with our pizza. Lots of pizza places around. Pizza was good but I won't be using this organization again.

We order Mama’s in Statesville at least once a week. Everytime the food amazing. Best pizza in town by far. Everything from cold sandwiches to pasta dishes are delicious. Best cold sandwiches in town for sure. Called last minute for some pizzas for some hungry firefighters, no questions asked except, “what do you want?” Missing out if you have not tried it.

Ordered a Sicilian pizza because when I lived in huntersville they had a store there and I remembered them being really good. As I was driving down the road from the store I grabbed a slice to find out it was room temperature, lukewarm, traffic was horrible decided not to drive back.

Ordered one pizza at 5:37. It arrived at 7:10. Tried to call the store three times. Got the automated message. Was on hold long enough that the call dropped. Pizza arrived wrong. Never again!

Most disgusting experience. Picked up my pizza to bring home for dinner Friday night. When I got home... the large pizza was MISSING A SLICE and it was the wrong pizza. Gavin told me he could not deliver my pizza without charging me for the pizza. What restaurant makes this bad off a mistake without making any concessions. Definitely choose sl another pizza place!

Ordered a pizza and when I opened the box the cheese was covering the pizza but also piled up in top left.cormer. when I called to explain I was told I'm responsible because I left with it. They didn't want to even see what it looks like. You can clearly tell it is not from riding on my lap on the 1 tenth of a mile home. Cannot find a way to attach the picture but the manager was rude and kept cutting me off. Pizza is delicious but customer service was horrendous. Also I was told 2 different price sof the total cost.

Great local pizza and more restaurant. This is not a chain and serves hand crafted pizza, not machine made. Lots of ingredients so you are not looking for the protein since it is all over. Very good local food.
