Artistry Florals preordered pizza for Valentine's day delivery. Gentleman who delivered was very nice. They were delivered Hot, on time...and delicious as always. He even provided plates and napkins for the entire staff!

Ordered a pizza for like the 10th time with white sauce because I can’t eat red. I dove right in and halfway thru my piece realized it was tomato sauce. When I called the kid tried to tell me if I ordered white sauce they put red in too unless you ask to not to put red on. I told him I’ve reordered the same pizza weekly and never had to do that. So my supposedly white and red sauce only has red. Freaking ridiculous. Great food if they get it and you don’t have a complaint.

Booker took my order for a pizza for delivery and I gave him a tip for the delivery driver on the order for the pizza. I could hear him confused over the phone and laughing with other coworkers clearly not paying attention. I said how long will it be to deliver he said 20 minutes. After he charged my card with tip for delivery driver I called back an hour and 30 minutes later and I spoke with Booker again and I said I’ve been waiting an hour and a half. I thought you guys were going to be here in 20 minutes he said oh let me see if I can find your order, when he found it, he said oh we set it to pick up at store. I reminded him he was the one that took my order and it was a delivery and I left a five dollar tip for the delivery driver. He then said the pizza was waiting there for me. He said he would refund the card and then he’s going to recharge it. I said my pizzas been waiting there for an hour and a half and it’s cold? He did not even admit that it was a mistake, and when I asked to speak with his manager, he said he was the person in charge, and then I said I don’t appreciate the way you’re doing business by the way your speaking to me and he hung up the phone on me without the issue being resolved. I feel that better customer care at this location would be appreciated. If Booker is not the manager, then I find the manager at fault, Heath, for not teaching the employees correct customer care. If the manager is rude to clients he shouldn’t set a poor example to employees.

First of all, I want to say my delivery driver, Nicole, was fantastic.I called to order a pizza from Cornelius. I live in Huntersville just over the border with Cornelius. I've ordered delivery from this location almost every week for 2 years. I called today and was told that they don't deliver to my address and I need to call the Huntersville store. He then told me his manager said they don't deliver to my address and I need to call Huntersville.I did that and they guy there said he couldn't hear me.My daughter called Cornelius with her phone and had a pizza delivered to my address by the lovely Nicole.I've deleted the useless Marco's app from my phone. It hasn't worked for quite some time now. ?
