I have been to this location dozens of times. We are usually pretty pleased with the food and the potato salad is great. Not really happy about the visit yesterday. My favorite item has been taken off the menu. I ordered an avocado BLT and it was awful. The toast was burnt. The bacon was burnt. There was a huge amount of bacon and very little of the other ingredients that are part of the sandwich. I basically had a burnt bacon sandwich. I took a couple of bites and threw it out.

I order from here on DoorDash but had to cancel so I could get my money back, when my dasher Heather let me know my order was given to someone else and they refused to remake it because they were closing! I'm so disappointed because I had picked a couple of sandwiches and baked potato….this would have been my first time eating here. So disappointed….going to get McDonald’s now..-

Our family eats out a lot…and it is often there…kid friendly!

Steamed broccoli was awful. The manager was training a new employee who was taking my order. It was this poor girl's second day and every time she asked a question the manager would belittle her right in front of me. When she asked another question the manager very loudly would say to her READ I know you know how to read. If I was this girl I wouldn't have come back after. That is not how you train someone. I love Mccalister but this was an awful location and experience.

Went to get take out today for dinner and the 2 girls working did a great job.

Address is wrong on their website. Really not worth the wait time for the food...

You won’t catch me getting take out from this Mcalisters ever again. Who cuts a sandwich in half?! Everyone knows they cut king clubs in triangles.. this is the driest sandwich I’ve ever eaten! No sauce, plain bread, cut wrong.. now I have to go to the store to get honey mustard because they couldn’t make it right. Idk if there’s a new person training or if I’m being pranked but someone double check the orders before they go out. ??‍♀️?‍↔️
