Food wasn't great. It was prepared by the kitchen staff well, but lacked flavor. The potato soup was bland, the gluten free bread was dry and had very little flavor. Was just not a great meal. Service was excellent however.

I ordered the Spud Max without olives, extra cheese, and bacon. It came with olives, no extra cheese or bacon, even though I paid for it. There was hardly any cheese on it. This was the driest potato I've ever had! I spoke with the manager there. She was very nice and helpful. Since I ordered through Uber Eats, I needed to call their customer service department about the potato for partial refund. She said if they weren't helpful, then call her back. I'd need to come into the restaurant, and she'd give me a partial refund. Uber Eats gave me a refund on the extra bacon and cheese. It's a shame whoever made my potato didn't pay attention putting my order the correct way. Even without the extras it was the worst potato I've ever had there. I had to add my own bacon and cheese.

Ordered the blt with avocado on toast. The sandwich had very little bacon...tiny piece of avocado...not toasted. The sandwich was cold. The side salad was wilted lettuce.This use to be a good place..No longer.The order taker had no clue what she was doing.Never going back!

We ordered lunch delivered for 30 people, which ended up being a complicated procedure. Alicia and the other staff at the Cornelius McAlister’s went above and beyond to input the order, including labeling the individual names, and having it delivered right on time. The order was perfectly executed and the food was great!Dietary restrictions: Several people requested gluten free items and were especially satisfied.

This is not a deli, it's a low end sandwich place. I guess I'm spoiled with the delis at NY, LA and Chicago. Putting a slice of ham between two slices of dry bread does not make it a deli.

Such poor service. Couldn’t even order what I wanted off the menu because they only have two employees working and she says they don’t have time to make the chicken for the Buffalo nachos. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
This used to be one of the best places for lunch on 28. The past year or two there has been a massive downturn in quality and reliability (with an increase in pricing every year). Most of the menu items are great but the quantity of each order seems to decrease each time and theres something missing/wrong with the order almost guaranteed. Today sent me over the edge however when i received this serving of a fruit cup as a side (which they tack on 69c for btw) Ridiculous. Pathetic. No effort by staff.

So food was great. Menu was clear and easy to read. Dining room was very clean. One of the staff members was great. The other copped an attitude when I said I didn't want a side. I'm sorry that me watch calories is somehow offense! Also I think both bathrooms were installed at the same time as indoor plumbing was invented, they need to be cleaned and remodeled, desperately.Vegetarian options: My wife had the broccoli and cheddar soup, which has no meat.Parking: The parking lot has plenty of spaces, just kinda cramped.
