Placed our order and got sent over to one of the waiting spots. At one point they had 6 cars waiting for their food outside of the drive thru. We were the second car there. Cars were going through the drive thru, getting their food and leaving. After 10 minutes the only car before us got their food and left. After 15 more minutes they came out and said they forgot who had ordered what and needed us to come in to figure it out. We went in and they ignored us and we had to yell to have someone come ask what we were waiting on. We told them and the manager immediately got argumentative saying "they only had 2 fryers what more do you want us to do". They were extremely rude, didn't put the right sauce in the bag and made us wait 15 minutes for mcnuggets.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for food mobile order, no big deal until I was asked to pull to spot number 3 and waited another 20 minutes for someone to walk out and no one ever did, even after the drive thru line cleared. Walked in side and was immediately given my food without asking for it and no apology. Best part it was cold.Wouldn’t have minded a wait if it was communicated or apologized to.

Drive thru service took 5 minutes. They have breakfast and then lunch and dinner. Food is always good. Employees are very professional ,friendly, and dedicated. Highly recommend this McDonald's.
if you want to ACTUALLY receive the items you ordered, congrats -you have no choice but to go in person and check the bag in ur car. just ordered thru doordash for an easy cheap family meal and they forgot literally an entire meal and sauces. at that rate youre either deliberately not trying or just pathetically lazy. they also forgot my moms tea. my dad had to sacrifice his side in order for me to have dinner thanks to these absolutely careless bozos. don’t be ashamed of checking everything in front of them and make SURE you get what you paid for because they just dont care about ppl at all

Took way too long for an advanced order on the app and zero cars there when I arrived. Told me to pull up to spot 1 and wait for someone to come out. Waited in that spot for close to 30min while every car behind me was told to do the same. Food was cold by the time it came out. Wasn't late either, maybe 8 or 830pm. I love McDonald's but this place is a hit or miss.

So they gave me drinks I didn't order, than took FIFTEEN minutes to give me my order. I realized they forgot my happy meal. WENT INSIDE to get my happy meal. Than I went up to these THREE guys that kept ignoring me when I was telling them 'Excuse me'. 10-15 minutes later the manager finally came ane gave me my happy meal.

This store says they are open 24 hrs. Two people are the store, but they will not take my order. Have been here for 15 min waiting. Did try the other drive. Now, there is another customer trying to get service with me. We are both driving off now. Very disappointed. I hope someone of responsibility sees this. There store is losing money. I feel that this McDonald’s does not embody the spirit or attitude of others in the franchise. The two times I have been here after 10pm the place has either been closed or offered a menu of two items (fries and chicken nuggets.). Is that acceptable for a major fast food franchise right off the highway? I suggest management look into better late night options. We’re in the Wendy’s line right now.Update (12/8): It’s a Friday night and the indoor counter and online pickup options are both blocked off. Is this even a McDonald’s franchise? Or a local sandwich shop? The quality of service is horrendous. I would like to speak with the franchisee. This is unacceptable. This McDonald’s should be audited by corporate.Update (12/21): Out of pure desperation we stopped at our least favorite McDonald’s on the planet and were greeted by the words “we’re closed due to a system crashed.” You can’t even make this up. The McDonald’s server crashed? The wifi crashed? What does that even mean? All major retailers at those point have a backup for a system outage. I cannot stress enough that this is not a real McDonald’s.
