I’m from NY so my bar for great pizza is high. I was skeptical about pizza from a truck but after reading reviews thought I’d give it a try. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Absolutely delicious! Every component hit the mark. Quick turnaround and Mike was super nice, too. Keep up the good work, Mike!

I hit the back button and it did that thing where it deleted whatever it wanted and it was going to be Trick Village. Would that have driven more or less business?
As it stands right now, Food Truck Village is a cool place. It has the potential to be a future tourist destination.
Take out the car wash and add a Central Focus—an oversized ice cream truck with universal music. Rework the parking and build walkways through the village and you have yourself a tourist destination. Make sure there are separate paths to each food truck so one truck doesn’t get all the first foot traffic. Add a colorful sign with a simple map. All food trucks would benefit immensely.
For Mike’s Pizza, very good pizza and the owner is friendly. It always feels good to support privately-owned shops. The six-slice pizza is $14 before tax and it takes a while but it’s fresh and worth the wait. Definitely recommended.
I didn’t know where to park since there are no lines and my son (also shown in the pictures) told me I couldn’t just park anywhere. Nobody else there so no big deal. You can do the same, but I don’t recommend parking in the car wash or in the tent.
We shall return to Food Truck Village! Perhaps they can add one more truck for now: Big Truck from Coal Chamber. 🤘

Mike’s Pizza in Cornelius, north of Charlotte was easily the best pizza we’ve had in the Charlotte area. The food truck is conspicuously located in the OTC Food truck village toward the back.
We got the Caramelized Onion Pizza—thin pizza crust reminiscent of New York peppered with caramelized onions and a lot of flavor—it was indeed a burst of piquant flavors in our mouths. The pizza quantity was more than enough for 2 people for a meal.
I wish they had toppings for the pizzas too.
The pizza menu is straightforward without many frills, something we appreciated. The owner was kind and easy to talk to. Our pizza was ready quickly too.
Overall 10/10 pizza and we are already looking to visit again soon!

God BLESS THIS MAN for making this DELICIOUS PIZZA!!! OMG IM FROM RHODE ISLAND WHICH is predominantly an Italian state with exceptional Food, and Excellent Pizza places…This is Truly the Best Pizza in North Carolina!!!!! I been complaining about the food here especially the pizza since leaving my hometown (5)yrs ago…I am sooooooo happy with this pizza, the sauce, the crust perfectly done! Got the pepperoni and the Chicago and both were excellent. Great crispy light crust, fresh sauce, and quality cheese. So happy to have a place like this in the community These are places that make a town great, go support!!
