Food was super tasty! The place was clean! And Phong was entertaining and even customized our show to avoid overwhelming my toddler, we just so happened to be sitting by ourselves. I will definitely return since my first time here with my family was wonderful. I can't wait to try the sushi!

Very disappointing we reserved for 6:00pm they didn’t sit us until 7:30 the food is nothing fancy just ordinary chicken , steak and lobster the chef obviously was out of his element needs to perfect his show it was so simple and basic and the walls are very sticky due to lack of cleanliness. I’m not trying to be picky but are bill was over $400.00 and for sure we didn’t see anything worth that.

Absolutely love the turnaround from the new owner Marteen! Juuuuuuust a little pricey but the food quality does justify the additional cost. $97 for two entres and a glass of wine. Place is SUPER CLEAN as well.

It was really peaceful. It wasn't crowded. The food was delicious and not oily like I've had at other Japanese spots. It is a bit pricey but that's kinda expected. They're still looking for more employees so it did take a second to check-in. Once again the food was great. Even the soup was delicious. Best I've had compared to Greensboro and Salisbury. This place is a winner and keeper.

Hands down, the best hibachi I've had in the Charlotte area.The staff is welcoming from the moment you enter. We had a reservation and were seated the moment our entire party arrived. While we waited for our whole party, we got drinks at the bar which were excellent. I got the Cherry Blossom and it was so tasty.Once we were seated, our server immediately took drink orders for the rest of the table and brought out the soup appetizer. I don't know what it's officially called - they serve it at every Japanese steakhouse, but the soup at Noburu was far and away the best I've ever had. WeOur hibachi chef was excellent as well. Everyone's orders were well prepared and tasty, and he was very entertaining as he cooked. Honestly impressed by his skill.Will absolutely be returning!
