Got takeout today, either they had a really bad day or this place has gone downhill fast. Used to be real good

I was just sitting in front of the Restaruant to go n and eat. I seen the roach reviews and the score and decided to get the hell out of here. YUK!

I was yelled at by 2 employees for using the restroom, that is absolutely unacceptable. I will never have anything else to do with them. I will be telling everyone I can . They need to learn some manners!!

They are always really nice and that is appreciated. I ordered a Spider roll and the soft shelled crab tasted like it wasn’t fresh. Like they popped it in the microwave after it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days. Won’t be ordering that again.

Went here this evening with a friend. Was getting ready to order our food when my friend saw something crawling on the table. Turns out it was a roach. We left the restaurant pretty quickly after that. So gross!

When my friend told them about the roach one of the workers said “we were looking for it” but didn’t apologize.

I placed an order on the phone for to go order like I normally do. The order was to be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there 20 minutes later, the order was not ready. I asked what happened and there was no explanation. I was willing to wait for the order however, the woman there said she cannot place the order until I pay first. This was the most ridiculous thing as I live very close and order from there all the time.
What a shame?

Had a cockroach cooked into the wonton noodles that came with the egg drop soup. GROSS!

Vegetarian options: When I ask for spicy I would like spicy, not the tourist spice.

Over priced. I mean just look at my $8 "salad" literally no carrot and just one HALF piece of cucumber and alllllll that avocado. Never again

The hibachi and spring rolls were disgusting! We tried this restaurant, because Sushi Star in Huntersville was closed due to Labor Day. Compared to Sushi Star, this was absolutely HORRIBLE! Never again!

I’ve been coming here for years and just recently found a staple in my food. Called the restaurant and they wouldn’t give a refund and they refused. No apology, nothing. I’ve also read through these reviews and see that a lot of people have seen maggots and other bugs which I’m not surprised about.
