I love this place, I come here all the time and also get takeout, usually sushi. The staff are friendly and the sushi is consistent and good quality. One of my favorite places!
As my co-workers and I walked into the restaurant we weren't welcomed. As we got seated our server never smiled, never told us her name, and never welcomed us. As she approached our table to take our orders it was as if she had a bad attitude about us being there. She took our drink orders but as one of my co-workers asked her if they serve” Fuki plum wine” she seemed annoyed as if he didn't know what he was ordering. Then when we asked if they served “sake” instead; she then seemed as if they didn't serve it, although they displayed over 15 types of sake over their front counter. As the drinks came and side app plates; each plate and drink was slammed on the table. As I ignored the agitation she seemed to have with us, we began to make our orders. As she took mine first I informed her ill have the pepper steak then she imdatmetaly took my menu out my hand. I had to tell her; "hold on I’m not done ordering" she gave me my menu back and I then ordered some sushi as well. Over all the food in my view was great. One of my co-workers did order some “general sao chicken”. He couldn't eat it because it was too hard to chew. So as he informed the waiter she acted as if she didn't know what he meant regarding him not enjoying his dish. She then sent another server to our table to get a better understanding of why my co-worker was unsatisfied. Then finally the manager came over to debate about the texture of the chicken as if he wasn't going to comp the "un-eaten" general sao. As we finished up no bill was given, our server informed us to go to the front counter to pay. So as I stood at the front counter for 55 seconds counting, because no-one was present; the manager then asked from the restroom area “what do you want?" I say uh…” I want to pay my bill”. Then he begins to ask... “What did you have?” I say “our server should know?” He says “she didn't write it down”. I think to myself what kind of place is this? So as I am honest I informed him of what I ordered. Though I felt with the horrible service maybe I shouldn't. How could they not know what I ordered? My bill alone came to $29.00 and I tipped $7.00 I wasn't satisfied with the service. I didn't feel welcomed but my food was pleasant. I’m very upset about this establishment. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years and the customer service was absent. Also no fortune cookie was given.

The pan fried pork dumplings are the best I’ve ever eaten. Loved the lunch specials too. 2 rolls for 12.95 and I had some to take home. We’ll definitely come back here and order lots more dumplings!
We have dined here multiple times but the food quality seems to have continually diminished. Tonight we had hibachi steak and duck. The steak was ok but over priced. The rice somewhat bland. The duck was very dry and appeared to have been reheated throughout the day. We spoke to management but they didn’t seem concerned. For the price I do not believe the quality of food was anywhere near what you would expect. There are many great restaurants in this area. I consider Coral Sushi and Kairu Sushi and Noodle Bar in Huntersville, or Phoenix Thai & Japanese Restaurant in Mooresville as much better options.

This is a hidden gem. Reminds me of a place I used to eat back home, with grandma and cousins. ❤️The only caveat is that if you're sitting in line with the door and it's cold out, whenever the door opens you're hit with a blast of cold air.Otherwise, perfect.

I've been stopping in Osaka now for years for carryout. I absolutely love their sushi, and their service. The employees have since memorized my order so when they see my number on the caller ID they answer the phone "same order...and repeat it" lol Keep up the great job!
