If you like the “hole in the wall restaurants”that are super clean with great food, this is the place to go. The food truck owners are super friendly, the inside of their restaurants are impeccably clean, and the food is amazing. We tried all of them lol.

With a variety of food trucks and carts, including options like pastelitos, crepes, empanadas, and pizza, this spot in Cornelius is a fun place for families and foodies alike. The area has a nice atmosphere, and the newer vendors are friendly and helpful, especially if you're trying something new. Visitors can enjoy the seating area with lights, which creates a good vibe in the evening. Parking is available behind the car wash, making it easy to find a spot. The food trucks serve some of the best dishes around, including Brazilian grilled Yuka, chicken and beef skewers, and Chicago hot. The empanadas and pasteles are highly recommended, and trying the juice is a must. This hidden gem has exciting potential for more foot traffic and new trucks in the mix.
