The employee lied and said that they close at 8, when there were still 15 minutes left to closing (at 8:45 pm). She said hours were updated 2 weeks ago, when clearly the hours were updated to closing at 9. She could have been honest and said that the equipment had been cleaned already or anything, but she was dishonest and for that, the business gets 1 star.

I got here at 8:45 pm and an employee who was still inside told me that they closed at 8. Firstly online the hours say 9, if they closed at 8 why would she still be there at 8:45? Weird. Do better!

Fun treat for a hot day! Lots of flavors and options! I had the strawberry cheesecake stuffed with vanilla ice cream! Will be back.

Omg! Snow cones have hit a new level. I had the butterfly kisses and it was delicious!!!! Like mind blowing, I want one everyday kinda mind blowing ? highly recommend for a cool off when out with the family!

Shame that you have to pay 50 cents extra for the one gummy shark in the shark attack cone.. the menu says "with gummy shark". It's only 50 cents yes, it's also only one gummy shark.Couldn't get a word in over the extra rude staff when asking about it.Hard pass. Plenty of other places to get the same with better results.

Staff always seems pleasant & get the snowballs out quickly. I do wish they started putting straws in all of them though, along with the spoon. In New Orleans & the surrounding areas that's how we do it: always a straw AND a spoon given with a napkin around your cup.
Understaffed and waited ten minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Horrendous experience. Lame!

For $12 we were able to get a kiddie dinosaur, kiddie unicorn (both with gummies), and a regular strawberry adding condensed milk! Service was quick and the snowballs were yummy! I definitely recommend for these hot summer days. There's a park right next door! Only thing I wish, that there were umbrellas at the benches. There are three benches.

My favorite place for shaved ice. I enjoy taking my dog Koda with me. I get my snowball and I get her a pup cup. She always goes for the milk bone treat they top the pup cup with.
