The customer service here was amazing. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and helped educate me on the menu. The pesto chicken bowl is amazing. I will definitely be back

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was alright, the falafel was really good. My main complaint with the food is that the fillings are very compartmentalized and not very well mixed, so each bite was only an ingredient or two. Also, it's kind of difficult to eat without falling out. The atmosphere is fine. Decent vegan meal, will probably go back.

A quick and well priced option for a healthy (or not if you prefer) lunch or dinner. We usually order ahead and it’s always ready when we walk in. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

For a quick franchise eatery, Pita Pit is a gem! The owner was very helpful and love all the GF (gluten free) and DF (dairy free) options! Will deff come here when it's warm to pick up a wrap before hitting the lakes They used to have a location in Charlotte but no longer :(

I've been going to pita pit for years (other locations in Florida, and the uptown that closed) The owner of this location always makes the food and SKIMPS THE PITA SOOO BAD.... Dude I get there's portion size on meat but every other location I ever been to they fill the pita this dude barely gives you any condiments or veggies It's pathetic.... That little bit of onion lettuce and what ever else isn't breaking your margins my guy MAKE THE FOOD BETTER.... Worst pita pit I've ever eaten....

Good food. Good people. Great sanitation grade “100”.Now why only 3 stars. On google it shows picture of a menu with regular and small sized options for each pita. When we got there, I found out that they have deleted the small option from the menu. Not a problem for me but my wife and mom wanted the small option as they have smaller appetites. Drink machine broken, and southern sweet tea comes out of a machine, so it is not fresh.

Didn't know this was the only remaining Pita Pit in NC. Came in one Saturday and was pleasantly greeted and waited on by the owner. Terrific customer service, fresh food, fast and FOOD WAS DELISH! All fresh ingredients. Pleasant atmosphere. I'll be returning to this spot soon!

Food was healthy, fresh, and delicious. Service was incredibly helpful and friendly. I ordered a party platter for a big family gathering with special dietary restrictions (gluten -free and dairy free, vegan, etc...). They made sure to carefully prep the special order food so there was no possible contamination for allergies. The pitas were a huge hit with everyone raving about how great the sandwiches were. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the food!

Food was really bad . Cashier was also food preparer. Cashier put on gloves to fix food. Then rung up the next customer , and with gloves on, and went back to finishing up food. Meat was super processed and low quality. The sandwich was sloppy and cashier “made tossed” my sandwich on top the counter . No greeting .Maybe I came during a dead zone after 6 pm but the Craft Beer restaurant next door was full of life.

We thought the food here was delicious. I had the falafel pita and my husband tried the gyro - both good and a lot of food for the money. The service was excellent with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. It’s a great place for a quick and fresh meal.

Consistently delicious pitas and ingredients provided by an attentive and friendly staff and fairly priced. Also, this is some of the healthiest food you can find in the south but done so well for a wrap. I go several times a week now... It's become a staple.Vegetarian options: Excellent for vegetarians, such as I. Have your ingredients grilled if you'd like.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options..
