I was looking for a quick, healthy bite and decided to drop into Poke Lakes in Cornelius, and I’m so glad I did! Since I went solo, I appreciated that there was zero wait, and I was able to get right up to the counter.

The first thing I noticed was how spotlessly clean and well-lit the entire space was—it created a really welcoming atmosphere. Even better was the service. The young girl working the counter was incredibly patient and helpful, walking me through...

The food here is absolutely amazing — everything is so fresh and full of flavor! You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially Rikki, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great poke bowls!
