My grandson loves Subway. I took him to the store on Catawba, Cornelius and was told they do NOT accept Subway coupons as per sign on door. This grandma is on a fixed income and wanted to treat her grandson. Extremely disappointed. We left and went to Davidson, which was cleaner, friendlier and accepted our coupons.Davidson is our new Subway home. Also, will be telling my family and friends.

Place was disgustingly filthy, flies everywhere, used a knife that looks like it wasn't cleaned in 4 days to cut my sandwich. Unfortunately I was so hungry at that point I ate it anyways. Fortunately I didn't die after risking food poisoning.

Best Subway I have been to in a long time. Unlike some Subway locations this one has everything fresh, and prepared, with the teriyaki sauce already mixed into the chicken. And the Terayaki Chicken subs taste great because of it. Much better than some other Subway locations.

I asked for provolone, then watched the guy about to put a piece of cheese with a HAIR on it, so I said “uhhh there’s hair on that” and they ignored me !! And then continued to put the cheese on my sandwich & was rushing me to answer if I wanted it toasted or not. I ended up paying for this stupid sandwich I don’t even want to eat.

Had a bed feeling when I walked in and saw that they had a B as their health sanitation letter grade. Ordered a tuna sub and an hour later had pretty severe food poisoning and was throwing up continuously for 45 mins. Never coming back here again.

On December 21st I went in n ordered a bacon lettuce n manays he didn't cook the bacon n put to much manays on it was not good at all

The employee was very nice and the food was delicious. I was made aware that she didn't get the credit card tip at checkout. So the owner sitting at home gets it! I was going for the good service and friendly employee. I gave her a cash tip to make up for it. The piece needs to refund everyone's tip back to their cards. This is not a way to run a business! Would of been 5 stars if I didn't get robbed by the owner!

I won't speak to the in store experience but I would strongly suggest against ordering from this location. The past 4 times something has been so egregiously wrong, to the point it makes me scratch my head at what the qualifications required to work here are. Visiting the location is probably your best bet so you can hand guide the sentient AI working there as to what you want on your sandwich.
