Don't go to this Taco bell late at night. I specifically asked the cashier were the Fiesta potatoes fresh, and of course he said yes! He lied they were old and hard. Got that new cantina roasted chicken burrito full of sauce and lettuce it was nasty as hell, no chicken at all. Excuse my language, if you can't fix what people order than why in the hell you working there. I hate when people play with my food and money. Won't go back to this one ever again. Wowzzers ?

Friendly window server but who ever made my food at 10:30 on 1/31/24 did a terrible job. You really shouldn’t be in a restaurant when how it tasted. I also was missing items from my order. I work in a restaurant so I understand, but that was horrible. I really hope they tear this place down and put something actually useful up because every time I go it’s horrible.

1/20/24 evening. Experience could have been better. The food was good, but the guy working drive thru had a really hard time understanding us. We had to shout our order (and repeat parts of it multiple times) and heard others behind us shouting theirs. And unfortunately realized part of our had been forgotten after driving away.

The only reason I keep coming here is because it's convenient. My first time at this location I went through drive-thru, and the employee at the window catcalled a woman taking a walk while I was at the window. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I haven't done drive-thru since; now I just place my order to pick up inside. But quite often, and this just happened to me 5 minutes ago, my order isn't on the pickup counter and there's no one up front I can ask about it. When this happens, my bag has been on the drive-thru counter while there's an employee leaning up against the wall on their phone and they can't hear me. When they do finally notice me, they have an attitude. Food is okay, service sucks.

So what started this review is that I came to order food 15 mins before closing. I get that maybe annoying, but if you're hours are posted til 2 am, then maybe be ready to serve customers until 2AM!They said that they're grill was broken and couldn't grill anything which I do not believe, working in the industry myself, they turned it off, cleaned it up, and didn't want to do it all over again. That's your job whether they like it or not that's what you're getting paid for.Then when we went to check the bag to make sure our order was accurate because most of the time it's not, I was told that I had to leave and I was no allowed to check my back to confirm they got the order right before I drove home. Who doesn't do that? Especially a place like this.While i started to type this review aside from many other awful experiences her, once I was checking out the drive through and the employee was harassing me for my number, with my two little children in the back sear. When I responded can I just get my food he kept persisting and then finally handed my food to me and let me leave. Talk about embarrassing. We won't go here anymore. I'll go to the Huntersville one because this is just trash
