I recently visited this The Cork and Cask with my partner and my best friend, accompanied by my service dog. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn when a woman presenting employee approached us and insisted that my service dog be seated outside on the patio. Despite our efforts to explain the ADA laws regarding service dogs, the situation did not improve.The employee went as far as requesting paperwork and certifications for my service dog, which is not required under the ADA. Even after speaking to their boss for clarification, we were told that dogs, including service dogs, were not allowed inside due to allergies and health inspector recommendations.Feeling discriminated against, we decided to leave and find a more inclusive place to eat. It's disheartening to encounter such lack of understanding and knowledge about the rights of disabled individuals with service animals. Businesses should strive to create welcoming environments for all customers, including those with disabilities.I hope that this review serves as a reminder for the importance of educating staff about the laws surrounding service dogs and treating all patrons with respect and understanding. Discrimination has no place in any establishment.

I'm a service dog handler and I see multiple bad reviews saying that others were discriminated against. I travel and do reviews of different establishments. This one doesn't deserve my time. You really need to brush up on the law.
