Love the Waterbean coffee shops— best things on the menu are the paradise latte and golden pear latte. Any latte is decent but the matcha is not good, barely tastes like anything. Great place to work during the day.

A cute coffee shop here in Cornelius. The coffee was excellent and the pastries were very delicious! A nice place to relax, have a beverage and a snack, and work! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Service was quick and efficient!

We have visited several other Waterbean locations and this was our first time visiting here. As usual, the coffee was good and the service was outstanding!

This place is gross, the tables and chairs are dirty, the food is decent but could be better. There was a hair in my coffee and the coffee tastes like straight water.
Been several times so I feel like I can say i gave a fair chance. Never loved the overly roasted taste of their coffee, but go because it’s so close to where I live.
Today I went in with my two girls and yes there were a lot of people there but our drinks took 30 minutes. We saw multiple people come after us and get their drinks. We had to ask three times about our drinks because I was sure they got lost it was that ridiculous. When we did get them (ice coffee and kids steamer) they were not correct. And the steamer was so hot my daughter couldn’t even drink it.
Service was so disappointing. Only reason giving two not one star is because I feel bad for the owner since they likely don’t know this is going down.

Very delicious lavanda coffee ! The food I didn’t tried yet.The atmosphere is ok,pretty quiet and you can work on your computer there if you want.Outside is plenty of parking lots.The staff is nice.I do recommend this place.

This is my favorite coffee shop, but their staff at the Cornelius location are the rudest of any restaurant I’ve ever been to!! I always say hello and they never smile or respond. I say thank you when I get my coffee or food and again zero response. So unprofessional and rude. The Huntersville location is not like this and their staff is very nice. I quit tipping this location because of the terrible service. If it wasn’t for the good coffee and food I would never go again. Unacceptable.

What a cute coffee shop. We stopped there after the park today and we were pleasantly surprised how good the coffee tasted. It was pretty empty at the time we visited and received excellent service right away.My coffee came with the cutest design and it certainly brightened up my day.
