Was DoorDashing and was welcomed by a very rude manager. Very angry man told me I should know how to do my job, stating I shouldn’t show him my phone, telling me to take my order and leave. 0 Customer service is understatement for this place. The Manager, older woman, believe her name is Gigi is absolutely the worst face for any business she can be. Rolling eyes, making smart comments, having a smirk while taking the order. Its terrible. How can i manager act like this and still be a manager, the face of the store? We have been here before, few months back and it was the same attitude and sarcastic approach, i just kind of forgot about it and decide to come back and give it a try again for a last minute dinner. It puts a terrible taste in your mouth before you have even sit down not even talking about enjoying the food. It just sucks.
I will definitely contact customer service regarding this and hopefully they take it into consideration and do something about it. This person with this nasty attitude shouldn’t see people and do a customer service job! She seems to be just having a terrible attitude and bad day everyday based on other reviews!

They forgot all my fries (two medium fries & an order of cheese fries), so I call the restuarant and they said I could come back for it. I was already on the interstate so I had to exit & turn around to go get it. Then once I got home, I see that my ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich is literally just chicken, cheese & onions. None of the other toppings or even the pickles I added. Just a plain, sad, old looking sandwich! No lettuce or tomatoes like it was supposed to have. People pay too much money these days to have their things messed up or missing. This is absolutely terrible!

I waited In line at 630p-6:46 p for a frosty and told the black girl with blond hair girl it took too long. She slammed the window and left! Great customer service.

I asked the cashier for a receipt, and she said with full unnecessary and out of the blue attitude that's it's in the bag. Then proceeded to stare me down with the ugliest look I've seen in a long time. Keep your attitude to yourself, especially while at work.

Never tried a frosty before so I was unsure if to buy it or not and a very friendly white man gave me a sample to see if I like it or not. Very friendly staff! Services was on a Thursday around 9:30 pm

The worse experience I have ever experienced at Wendy's ever !! They screwed up my order and the manager black tall man I assume the shift leader was so rude and didn't apologize after they gave my food to the wrong people !! He was so rude and the food was old and bread was so hard !!! I have to say normally when I go on lunch a white guy who's the manager is so nice and respectful and make my food the way I like it !! They need to fire that black tall guy if I knew his name I would call corporate!! Now I have to only way and go to the Wendy's in huntersville smh

Picking up Door dash from this location. The older lady that has lots of complaints on here is so rude. She doesn't let you talk, she talks over you. She's particularly yells at you. We picked up a drink and she held it out the window as we pulled up. She said here's your delivery and I have no clue why they would pay $15 for soda. Who cares what people are buying ? your at work to work so what difference does it make. Not really sure why this woman still works here. No customer service skills at all!

Worse wendies ever the customer service is bad. The white woman who is working on the shift right now at 5:25pm Sep 20th 2024 is nasty, and have no professionalism, she needs to be fired. Also the wait is long for the past few days, only the drive thru is opened.
