So I stood in a long line at Wendy’s . Not an issue I get it. But first of all, one of the lady’s has on a hairnet. Let’s start there. Secondly, the store doesn’t have lettuce. Hasn’t had it in two weeks. They changed the strawberry lemonade and it’s absolutely horrible. My fries were cold and I didn’t have any nuggets in my bag. The lady that’s making sandwiches told me to come up so that I could get my order right. If I’m ordering online and y’all don’t have lettuce it needs to be updated on y’all’s website . The managers attitude was nonchalant and she didn’t care that I was mad about my order. I want my money back ! Holes all in the bag . I won’t be back!!!

This incident took place on 7/7/25 at 12:07 pm - Absolutely deplorable. Worst staff I've ever encountered at a fast-food establishment. Placed a pickup order through the Wendys app and the drive through attendant told me they didn't receive the order, and I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to the manager, who by the way was ruder than the previous employee. I had the confirmation email that my order was received and ready to be picked up and the manager would not even look at it. 5 min after driving off I received a message that my order was picked. Wendys took my funds and food. Corporate was notified

The cashier is always friendly. However, there is an older, heavyset white woman who, without actually saying it (which she did) you can see she hates her job. If she worked for me....she wouldn't be working for me!

Just got off work to get food at 11pm. I had already placed a mobile order 10 minutes prior. Was greeted by a very very hateful woman at drive through. She mocked me by saying, “Does it have a nammeee?” (In response to me saying I have a mobile order) In a very condescending voice. I pull up to the window with her already hanging my sweet tea out the window when she basically threw the drink in my hand. No words were exchanged. I waited for my food when she angrily handed me my bag. I waited at the OPEN window and asked, “Is this everything?” She blatantly ignored me until I just drove off. They forgot my sprite. The food was ok at best. I strongly recommend the lady at drive through to get a new job since the one at Wendy’s CLEARLY isn’t working out for her.

Honestly this Wendy’s is a pretty good location. I come here a couple times a week for lunch, and my food is always fresh and made correctly. This restaurant is better than most fast food joints in the surrounding area. It makes me want to keep coming back!
