They take reservations which was a great help with nine in our party. The food was great. With a large open room that was full of diners, it was a little loud. Would definitely dine there again.
It was challenging to get the attention of any server, let alone the one who had initially taken our order. My cocktail was way too sweet, and I am not sure there was any vodka in it. The crab cakes did not taste fully cooked. The Caesar salad tasted like it was prepackaged. I'll never understand why restaurants don't use homemade croutons. You must have some leftover bread somewhere, no? The croutons on my salad were definitely from a box and tasted like bland foam. Out of our party of 6 I think I had the best meal - roasted chicken - very dry but decent flavor. Green beans were good. Despite any positives, we would never eat here again. Overall poor service, food, and cocktails.
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here. The restaurant looks newly updated, the service was fast and friendly and our dishes were delicious. I had the chicken supreme and my husband had the sea scallops, we also enjoyed our cocktails of watermelon sling and the empress Gina lavender cocktail. Definitely a nice date night spot.
Great find for breakfast! They're on Open Table for reservations. Our server was energetic, friendly and efficient. Our meals were very good! Portions were sizable, food came out quickly. Recommend the Cinnamon Loaf French Toast!
Wonderful! Our party had 16 and I mis-made the reservation for 15 and they courteously added one more setting and table for our party. The food was EXCELLENT. My only critique is you need a gluten free dessert but the kitchen I lovingly cut off the crust from the cheesecake and gave my husband the Graham end. Other than that it was amazing!!
Had 8:00 pm reservations for 17 people. Arrived at 7:45 pm. There was literally one small party finishing dinner and one surprise party that arrived (20 ish peeps?). We thought we’d let the hostess know we were there early in the event they could seat us before 8pm. The hostess was cold and inhospitable. She said hold on, while she took a phone call. Came back to us moments later and asked our name and reservation time a 2nd time. She oh no. Your reservation is for 8:15pm. We didn’t argue. She said you can wait until your reservation time at 8:15 and come back. The restaurant was partially empty. I said is there any chance we could get seated earlier. She said no sir the restaurant is mostly occupied. It was literally half empty. She asked if we were going to wait inside (she only saw the two of us) and we said we’d wait outside, cause 17 people wouldn’t fit inside the waiting area. She said you can wait again. So we went to the tavern restaurant around the corner and canceled our reservation. Just lost a bill for 17 and we will never return. Hostess had horrible people skills. Based on comments I’ve read it was in our favor.
Delicious!!! Very very busy, make sure you make a reservation. Lots of options on the menu and great quality and flavor. The crab soup was awesome and generous portion of snow crabs. Loved all the drinks, especially the margarita and orange crush
Highly recommend! Great food and excellent service. Convenient location. You won’t be disappointed!

Food was good, service was outstanding. We had a large party that included kids and adults. We were pleased with the menu and the fast service.
A very nice atmosphere, however, the noise level was high causing difficulty in hearing the people I was dining with. At the time we went the restaurant was very busy. The bar tender was our server but she pulled it off as best as she could. Portion sizes were adequate. I ordered the lobster tails, a bit pricey but I looked forward to it. One tail was good but the second was so salty I couldn't eat it. Turned me off to the whole meal.
Such a nice restaurant. It was perfect for my husband & I on a nice date night while we were in OBX . Our service was fantastic, and the food was delicious ! We will definitely be back on our next trip!
The service and staff were excellent. The food was well prepared and absolutely delicious. Our server was attentive friendly and she made sure our water was filled continuously. A 10++++ experience.
Except for the over-worked bartender who was doing her best, this place was otherwise poor and forgettable. You'll pay a premium price for OK food and crappy service from a staff that would prefer to be anywhere else.
