Was in town for vacation and happened to have a birthday. Inquired with the young, foreign cashier about the cakes and she was not too sure about anything but friendlyish nonetheless. She told her boss who I assume was the owner. He helped me place my birthday ice cream cake order and was not at all friendly and borderline rude but I can empathize with being a foreign business owner during tourist season in a beach town and didn't really mind his bluntness and dry, direct approach at communicating.
When I picked up the cake, it was like an 8 year old non-artistic person had written the birthday message on the cake in icing. I didn't brother bringing it up to the employees because they were all hound, speaking only very basic English. The blunt probably owner wand around.
Bottom line, if you just want a quick sweet treat and don't mind dry customer service, they're efficient enough. But if you're buying a frozen ice cream cake for a social occasion and care about how it turns out , plan to customize it yourself.

Not sure these people know what they are doing. Didn't get my mint to taste like mint. It's plain. And one of the worker drop a ladle on the floor and picked it up. Then put it back into the jar without washing it.

Called to see what kind of oil they cook with. Although I can look online, I try to call ones in small towns before we go due to allergy issues. The lady barely spoke any English that answered. I asked what kind of oil they cook their food in. She said “oreo” I said no, oil and tried to explain. She then told me they use “plastic oil”. I asked for a manager. She said they left. I asked for someone else to help. The next person was just as clueless and said they don’t know what that means. Be careful and stay away with any allergy concerns- they are absolutely clueless.

STAY AWAYBathrooms were absolutely disgusting - the employee came out and left it without saying anything to us..The cone dip was like water.. was not working asked them to remake - they did but came out the same just bad.If your bathrooms are that bad.. the ice cream area is most likely that bad since you cant wash properly...

The customer service was atrocious. The cashier was not very accommodatingwith allergies at all. The cashier said word for word, “So what is your allergy, because the hospital is 45 minutes away?” In the rudest tone. The ice cream had no flavor and tasted like water. Very disappointed.
