Our order was ok enough but the service we received on multiple occasions left a lot to be desired. Coming from a person who doesn't expect a lot and has a lot of grace for different personalities.
There were multiple employees standing there as we placed our pretty basic order and they ALL acted like they were doing us a favor taking our order, like they couldn't have been much more annoyed. One girl even greeted customers at the register with crossed arms that stayed that way. 😂 hard to imagine going anywhere else and just accepting that the person taking your order is so put out by your presence in their place of work.
I am totally emphatic with being young and working in an area that's new to you and not being 100% with the language most customers are speaking...but a little effort towards friendliness/customer service would go a long way, regardless of language spoken.

i never usually go to Dunkin because there isn’t one close to my home. i got a clumpy matcha latte, you could see chucks on the bottom. ordered an oatmilk matcha with vanilla and got a french vanilla matcha latte with regular milk (I’m lactose intolerant) told me they were out and didn’t give me any other lactose free options so i assumed that they were out of those too.

My ice latte tastes like they haven’t cleaned their machines since 2018. I know this is fast food but got dam my coffee is terrible and I can’t believe Ben affleck runs on this.

This was not my first time at this Dunkin, but the experience was the same as before, and like other Dunkin's. Their cold brew was good, and the guacamole toast was amazing!
I don’t understand why there are negative reviews. I’m visiting family from New Jersey, and so far, this is the best Dunkin' I’ve ever been to. The store may be a little outdated, but the employees are very polite and genuinely friendly. They helped me choose flavors since I wasn’t sure what to get and were incredibly patient. Both the manager and the staff are very knowledgeable. My food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible service! I was there in the summertime, I never, ever got my order right from the first try, manager was fake, smiling to all the customers and then turning to employees, being rude to all of them, I am pretty sure I saw him push one of the boys working there from behind. I would not recommend supporting this type of bussiness, there's better coffee someplace else anyways!
