Bagels were good, but the service was not the best. One of the staff members was not the nicest when we were selecting a 12 pack of bagels. Inside the restaurant was not the cleanest either. Food was great though.

We get bagels there every visit to Carolla. Product is great, service is great, and price is ok. This time we did notice a discrepancy in the receipt vs cc statement. $3.08, not going to break the bank, but wasn’t made aware at time of purchase. Is there an extra charge I never paid attention to?

Pretty good! I’ve had better veggie cream cheese, but it was alright. The bagels definitely tasted fresh. My boyfriend got the big poppy sandwich which had bacon and jalapeño and that was really good! Would come back if in the area!

The bagels we got were amazing. We got a lot for a large group of us. We all really enjoyed the bagels they were fresh and still warm when we got them. There was a long line to get in but the line moved quickly and we were able to get our order together quickly.

Locked the front door at 11:50 AM on Sunday 9/7/25 with 3 employees inside who did not answer the door. I get wanting to close early, but if posted operating hours say 12:00 PM please honor that.
