What a wonderful place. Our family has been meeting there for our family vacations. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful with our large group. Love this place, it is off the beaten path.
My wife and I ate here on a Friday night, the first Friday after Labor Day. Business was slow but the service was not. The menu is a bit limited but that made it easier and quick to order. I had the Southern BLT which came with an overly generous serving of French fries. The hearty sandwich was delicious especially with the chipotle mayo sauce that covered the potato bread. Wife ordered the Fish Tacos and could only eat two of the three, again because of the overly generous serving....
We visited on a quiet Sunday evening and were warmly greeted. My wife had expressed some gluten concerns and the owner (?) immediately came over to offer assistance with the menu items that are/can be gf. We ordered the pretzels (perfect appetizer for my son and I - not GF) and fish tacos (GF!). The portion sizes blew us away and are well worth the price. We were in a hurry to catch the sunset at Corolla Park and asked for dessert to go which the waiter happily packaged neatly...
