Food was good except for shrimp in the combo steamer that were almost impossible to peel and mushy. The crab legs were very good and hot, but the clams were cold. The scallops on risotto were very good. The seating is limited and there can be long wait times. It's kinda noisy. Our bill came with a notice about a 3% credit card processing fee. If there was any advance notice about that, we certainly didn't see it. 😒
Had dinner Thursday night. A small line upon our arrival but friendly hostess had us seated right when she said our table would be ready. Food was great as was the service. A great experience all around and highly recommended.

This is a long overdue review. I spent an evening at North Banks in 2024 and I can easily say it was no mistake. The food here is phenomenal. Every dish that was ordered at my table was incredible. I ordered the shrimp and grits. Easily the second best shrimp and grits I've ever had (the first being from a hole in the wall in New Orleans). Getting a table can be very competitive, though. A long wait is to be expected (we waited over an hour for a table), but North Banks is...
