We LOVE this place. This is our 2nd year at the OBX in May and back at this bakery. Every time we walk in, the kids are given a small donut. I am very pregnant and tired and the lady helping me was so good with my kids who weren’t satisfied by anything lol. I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee today and it was to die for!!!! I wish I lived closer I’d give them all my money. Also the black cat on the deck was the perfect touch. It doesn’t get better than that

We tried the sausage-egg-cheese croissant and biscuit, Bavarian cream and maple donuts, blueberry coffee cake, and Vietnamese coffee. All were excellent! But the BEST part of our experience was the super friendly staff. Everyone there we’ve met so far are great!
Here on island in offseason so not a ton of choices…glad these guys were open! Really good biscuit sandwiches and cake donut was delicious!

Been coming to Corolla for 30 years, tried Northern Lights for the first time today and it instantly is on my list to return every time I come back. The staff was extremely welcoming offering each of my kids a small treat for walking in with me. They were patient yet efficient and the food and coffee is delicious. Can’t wait to come back in July.
