Website says open till 7. 5 minutes to 6 and the young lady at the counter said they were closed. She was already cleaning up at that point. If your hours are not until 6 pm or 7 pm post them correctly on the website. Otherwise be aware that your staff is closing early.. very early.

These comments are crazy, this place was awesome! Just be patient, kind, and courteous. Vacationers can be very overwhelming, especially with how impatient they are.
Food and drinks were really good, very friendly, and honestly pretty quiet for the amount of business they bring in.

I try not to be a Karen…. But…. The barista carried the cups with her fingers inside the cup. That’s gross. I just put my drink in the trash and ordered another. She did it again! I had to say no please get me a clean cup that you have not put your fingers inside. Gross! Once I had a clean cup thr espresso was great but come on…. Let’s follow basic sanitation guidelines

Nice Starbucks. Near where we were staying, got my drink done QUICK and it was pretty standard. It’s inside the Harris Teeter which is nice if you’re gonna shop a lil.

Jacob is an absolute GEM!! I met him when he trained at my particular Starbucks in Williamsburg, VA. He said he was training for the Starbucks in the Outer Banks, but I didn’t catch which one. If you have him, cherish him! Thank you again, Jacob and I will definitely be paying it forward.

the workers here are very sweet; but i’ve been coming here for my whole vacation, and my order is never correct. i specifically ask for no whipped cream, it’s written on the cup, and i still get whipped cream. i ask for less ice, then very little ice, and they still fill the cup to the brim. its always a little busy when i come, so the rush is completely understandable, but it can’t take long to read written directions on a cup.

One time, I asked for no whipped cream and still received a lot. Another time I asked for less/little ice and got a cup full of ice (as per normal Starbucks standards). I’m disappointed by those specifications and the slightly long wait on occasion but the baristas as people have never disappointed and I will continue to be a patron of this location.
