My family was on our way to the Lighthouse nearby and needed a cup of coffee beforehand. We found this place and it was a cute coffee and art place. I got the salted caramel coffee iced. I was a little skeptical at first as I love Caramel but have mixed feelings about chocolate, especially dark chocolate, though I enjoyed my coffee. Unlike popular coffee chains, I feel like I tasted a majority of the flavors that were in the coffee. The Dark Chocolate actually added a smooth texture but bitter note that cut through the sweetness of the caramel. The salt was also, of course, salty but not overpowering. I definitely recommend it!

A wonderful small coffee shop on the first floor of the cottage and rooms filled with hand made arts and crafts downstairs and upstairs. Arts included fiber arts, clothing, jewelry, paintings, prints, and photography. A small pop-up barbecue place is located nearby and a short walk takes you to the Sound. Whalehead Club, and the lighthouse. Highly recommend this special coffee shop and browsing the work of local artists that are for sale. This location is in Corolla, N.C. ...a block away from the entrance to the Corlla Light Resort on the ocean.
