The cutest little shop with the most amazing ice cream and staff! the girl working was super nice and let me try a sample of the ice cream to make sure I liked it and service was very fast. Just the atmosphere of the shop in general will have us recommending it to all friends and family who also plan to make a trip here!

Cons: - Not at all generous (my $9 double scoop on a waffle cone is smaller than any single scoop I have ever seen at any ice cream shop) - cake cones are 75 more - they have signs posted you’d better not drop your cone because they won’t replace it for free

What a scam!!! I got 1 scoop of ice cream in a cake cone, opened the door stepped onto their deck and my ice cream fell off the cone. Never even got a lick. The ice cream wasn't put into the cone at all, just a ball on top. I went back inside with the ball in the napkin & empty ice cream cone. They told me they'll replace at a discounted price. I left, never again. What a scam, don't fill the cone properly, the ice cream just rolls off the cone and expect you to purchase again. Very disappointed with the location in Corrolla. The girls where friendly, but they served your ice cream to me with with bare hands, no gloves or paper between their hands & ice cream cone. The owner should train properly.

Doubt I'd come back to this place in the future. Ice cream was fine, scoops of Hersheys ice cream. I have no skin in the game in terms of their policy on dropping ice cream and paying for more....that said I noticed it when we entered and thought it was lame. The owners comments on here about comparing it to dropping eggs at grocery store blah blah blah, who cares! This is the first place I've seen in all of my travels or even in my hometown with such a policy.
MY gripe is the attitude from the woman taking orders (reddish hair with glasses). Her whole tone is just rude to begin with, like you are bothering her. Anyhow, I stated my son wanted a mint and cookies and creme milkshake...her reply "it doesn't matter what u do the mint will overpower it", I said it's fine that's what he wants, her reply "well it's gonna overpower it, it's 3 scoops" I said "we don't care, just do 2 scoops cookies and creme and 1 mint and it'll be fine" I'm willing to pay nearly $10 for a milkshake which is outrageous to begin with(can honestly say that's the most expensive shake I've ever purchased) and the woman just wants to keep going on and on about it. Just make the shake!
I don't know why the place is so toxic with attitudes. I've seen the owner ask to remove negative reviews....ain't happening. Steer clear of this place if u want to feel like u are spending money where it's appreciated.

This place was amazing! First off i love the name and when you walk in you enter the cutest lil ice cream parlor. We went with a group of 8. The kids loved the ice cream and the employees were the best! Very fun people and atmosphere. Even when we went 15 minutes before they closed at 10 they had the best energy still at the end of the day! I am a new first time mamma and brought my baby inside and they were adoring her! Put a smile on my face for sure! I got a banana pudding milk shake and it was so good! Sweet but NOT too sweet. The next time we visit the area we will definitely be stopping there again!
