“Nothing but Noodles is my go-to spot every time I visit Charlotte—I never miss a chance to eat here! The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
On my latest visit, I had the tomato bisque soup and pomodoro pasta, and as always, they did not disappoint. The tomato bisque was rich, creamy, and full of comforting flavor, while the pomodoro pasta was light, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every bite reminded me why I keep coming back!

“Food was absolutely delicious! So happy to have found a place for Pad Thai tasting fresh and delicious. I’ve never had curry and tried the red curry, OMG, warm, fresh, mildly spicy (but can create your own temperature of spice). Bang Bang Shrimp is a must have! Mongolian Beef, amazing!

“Great place for a quick bite and their boba tea variety is extensive! My 17 month old approves of the knife cut noodles. The boba tea and service was 10/10. We’ll be back again soon!“
