“I had my first experience at Savú Restaurant and it was absolutely amazing! I tried the yellowtail and the wings—both were incredible and full of flavor.

It was such a pleasure meeting my bartenders, Addy and Ari. They were phenomenal—so sweet, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better.

The happy hour is incredible, the music is a whole vibe, and the overall atmosphere is everything. This spot is definitely a must-visit in Uptown Charlotte. I will absolutely be back!“

“Visiting Charlotte from New Hampshire, but had scouted out this place before we came. Interestingly enough, it appeared on the list of recommended places from our Airbnb hosts as well. We are very into the farm to table movement, big time Farmers market shoppers ourselves as well. The staff was very friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was excellent. They were very helpful in accommodating a honey allergy, even whipping up an alternative dressing for the salad we ordered. For the record, the kale salad we had was beyond exceptional. I am not exaggerating when I say that is was the best salad I have eaten in my 65 years! Recommended unconditionally. A must-stop for our next trip to Charlotte.“

“This restaurant is kind of hidden inside a much larger (office?) building, kind of annoying to get to. Its kind of dingy looking inside, old and lacks upkeep. The servers were nice enough but kind of awkward. Food was decent for fushion/American style Asian - a tad on the overly sweet and salty side. I liked the kalbi and sashimi was pretty fresh (though choices for types of fish were limited).“

“We had an AMAZING experience at Cowfish Bar and Grill!! The food was delicious BUT our waiter, Jevon, was exceptional!! He gave great recommendations and he was personable. The birthday parade Jevon led was entertaining and put a big birthday smile on my husbands day! Thank you Jevon!!!“

“Cute little spot we found near us. The aesthetics are so cute and I love how they have dining areas and regular casual seating areas. I definitely made me want to come back here just to sit over some coffee. The oxtail pho I had was pretty good, and the Korean bowl my bf had was tasty! We also had the Vietnamese street tacos, which was delicious. I’m not sure which noodles it was, but it’s similar to the ones used for lo mein, that was alright. Flavor wasn’t really savory, mainly just some sweet sauce.

3 stars for service because it wasn’t really that type of service. You go to the screens to order yourself then they just bring it to your table, not much said from that.

Even the dishes I am already familiar with have been done just different enough that it's a completely different flavor, in a good way. I have turned my family and coworkers on to this hidden little gem as well. We all love it. If you like heat, anything can be made spicy. Just ask. This has become my new favorite spot. The dine in option is really small, so large groups may be a problem. The staff couldn't be more friendly. Highly recommend a visit. So far my favorite dish is the curry with green sauce. (Spicy)“

“Lunch dash. The restaurant was big and open with lots of seats. I purposely came for lunch. Their lunch menu is vast with most entreè about $3 cheaper than dinner. I prefer smaller portions but these seem to be regular sized. Typically Im a Fried rice or Pad Thai girl but today I tried the Drunken Noods and Spicy Wonton. They both were just OK. Im not sure what I was expecting. The noods were stick together and dry, the veggies huge and over all flavor lacking. Im not going to give a poor review on food that I've not had before. It wouldn't be fair. I have been to other locations and typically ordered the same thing. Not sure why I was trying to be fancy this time. The staff was sweet. Pretty chill and up beat. I can't rave about the food but the location is great.“

Coconut Fire Shrimp, Garden and Tempura Rolls, Mushroom and Salmon Yakitiri, Goyza, Truffle Fries, Garlic Butter noodles, Plum wine, Crane Returns, Melon Smash and Koi Pond. It was delicious. Everything was bursting with flavor. The garlic noods were bomb. We used them to tie the Yakitori together. Service is extremely fast too!“

From the beautiful door-a work of art by itself-to the amazing intimate atmosphere inside.
Volga was extremely attentive and friendly. She truly immersed us in the experience of this hidden-gem lounge.
The food and cocktails were excellent! I highly recommend trying the hamachi, crab rolls, and the scallops from both the East and West selections.
The music was absolutely fantastic, and the sound system is unlike anything else in Charlotte!

“Jonathan was AMAZING! We ordered 2 different sushi rolls(1 with meat and 1 vegetarian). They came in the same package. Since I am vegetarian, I could not eat my food because I did not know they came packaged in the same container. We called them back, and they were able to remake my vegetarian rolls! They had amazing service! I am so happy they were so understanding! Their food ALWAYS tastes amazing! This is my favorite take-out place every time I am in this part of town!!“
