“Staff clearly knows what's gluten free, happily points it out on the menu and at the dipping sauce station. Dipping sauce station is super clean and appeared free of contamination, no mixing of ingredients/sauces. Vegan options are obvious on the menu, and plentiful. Service was stellar, and soooo was the food! This is is my new favorite, hands down. Show up hungry, the servings are generous.“

“I have been eating here for over a year never had a issue food is to my satisfactory the orange chicken, the chicken wings, the rice they’re beef and broccoli even though it’s not the brown brown gravy, but I like the taste of their food. It is about as close as I’m going to get to my hometown. I’ve eaten at other Chinese restaurants here in Charlotte and I just don’t get the satisfying taste that I get here especially their chicken wings very crispy however, today I got the egg foo young chicken egg foo which I normally get. I’ve got a whole patty this time I did call and I explained to the manager that I have never got in whole chicken patty before just dumped an eggs and didn’t have any onions in my a egg foo this time however, the person that made it I guess they just don’t know how to make it, but I was very disappointed how the manager handled that situation just real horrible therefore I will not get the egg foo and anything else that I ordered from them I will check it before I leave and the reason why I say I won’t get the egg for y’all because I’m pretty sure I can’t tear up the their food just to see if there’s a chicken patty. Well, here’s a picture below of my chicken patty, the presentation was just horrible. The customer service was horrible and like I said the food is you get what you get in the south I do enjoy their food.“

“i come here or get take out weekly. Its one of the best chinese restaurants I've been too in charlotte. the staff is warm and welcoming. the food is easily customizable. I've not had a bad meal here. i like the garlic sauce here with any meat. their spring rolls are killer good. I'm a fan of their soups especially hot and sour. it not a huge restaurant, but they have decorated it very nice. the food is always piping hot even the togo food... I enjoy it as often as I can. you should help support this mom and pop place. its well worth it.“

A lot of people might order take out from here but I prefer to sit and enjoy as the food always comes out hot and delicious. “This was my 1st visit, I’ve been looking for good takeout in Charlotte being that I’m from NJ. The shop is small and but the service was great and fast. I ordered shrimp and broccoli nd it came out in 10 min hot off the press! I got home and got to it initially skeptical because it didn’t look like what I’m used to with the sauce being lighter and smaller shrimp but to my suprise it was delicious! I got mine mild and it also came with a sweeter white sauce on the side, not quite sure what it is but I jumped In and the symphony of flavors was perfectly balanced. “I ordered the sesame chicken with noodles as they call it versus lo mein. I was completely shocked to see how much broccoli I had. There must have been close to 10 little pieces of broccoli with an additional 10 to 20 pieces of sesame chicken. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Even though I had to walk a half mile home, it was still piping hot. The service was phenomenal, fast, quick and very good. If you're in the Matthews area, get here between 11:00 and 2:30 Monday through Saturday and you can't go wrong for their lunch specials“

The offer a range of Asian cuisine as well as lunch specials.
It's always packed, prices are shocking. The staff is polite and professional.
There is an abundance of free parking.
The inside of the establishment isn't much of a looker but it looks a lot better than some of the hole in the wall Chinese places around Charlotte.

I honestly added another star because of this because there's very few restaurants that are so welcoming with children. Today we were a party of 7. Wonton Eggdrop was good.

Spareribs weren’t bad, have had better (bigger pieces) but it hit the spot.

“I'm working in the Charlotte area and I wanted some Chinese food. There were plenty of options to choose from but this place wasn't far and stood out from the rest. I got sesame chicken with white rice and a shrimp egg roll. My food was ready in 10 mins. I called in and the lady that took my order and gave me my food was very nice and polite. My food was steaming hot, the sesame chicken sauce was perfect and I had some extra to put over my rice. It was everything. Definitely worth the price. I will be back!“
