“Love love this place! I always get the Wan Fu Scallops. I generally stay away from fried foods, but these scallops are pan seared, and not greasy, with the perfect consistency every time. The vegetables served with it are super fresh. Service is great, feels like family.“

“We come here almost every week and it never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh and delicious — especially the Salmon Dream, which is absolutely amazing. We also love the house salad with the ginger dressing, and the Mongolian beef is a 10/10 every time. Everything is consistently great, the service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. The Labubu sushi chef art is adorable. Definitely one of our favorite spots.“

“i come here or get take out weekly. Its one of the best chinese restaurants I've been too in charlotte. the staff is warm and welcoming. the food is easily customizable. I've not had a bad meal here. i like the garlic sauce here with any meat. their spring rolls are killer good. I'm a fan of their soups especially hot and sour. it not a huge restaurant, but they have decorated it very nice. the food is always piping hot even the togo food... I enjoy it as often as I can. you should help support this mom and pop place. its well worth it.“

“People that say this food is not good, apparently do not know good food. They only use fresh ingredients, nothing from a can. They do not overseason their food like some places, to cover up bad cooking. They do not use MSG. I have eaten here for months, and I've never gotten anything bad. The portions are more than adequate. If you don't like fake food, do yourself a favor and eat here.“

“We visited for the first time April 2026. The food, ingredients, and service were truly a step above. This is what we look for when we dine out, quality ingredients preparred well.
We try to avoid places with pre-processed foods from the conglomerate food suppliers. The food was excellent and so was the service. We look forward to our next visit and recommed you plan your own. Many of the dishes were large enough to share. We ordered more food than we normally would have for our table of 3. We wanted to try several items and knew we would be taking leftovers home with us.
We had a little trouble finding the restaurant, they are located on the second floor.“

“SoHo Bistro did not come to play. The Chinese food was excellent, and the sesame chicken was the star of the show. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best I have had since moving to Charlotte. The staff was warm and welcoming, which always earns bonus points. “They do have a few tables for dining there but I had take out. The black pepper chicken is great! It's pretty hot with pepper and it has quite a few veggies which I like. The broccoli and garlic sauce is also great! It's a little bit hot and a little sweet and very flavorful. The fried rice with chicken didn't have the flavor I'm used to for fried rice. They usually have very fast service. I happened to catch them when they were swamped with business.“

“I visit a lot of cities around SC, some in GA and NC. I just happened to be passing through Charlotte and was craving some asian food, and just happened to find this on Google Maps. I saw a review that said that they also have an authentic chinese menu and I happened to see one of my favorite staples, the lu rou fan, and then ordered it for a quick bite.

What I got was absolutely amazing. Lu rou fan isn't a fussy dish or pretentious dish, but I am pretty confident in saying that it is probably the best lu rou fan within a 300 mile radius. Just from the quality of that one dish, I can tell that you will not regret anything you order from this restaurant. It might not be the best possible 5 star michelin restaurant version of the dish, but it will be exactly would you would get from a restaurant in hong kong/taiwan/fujian. As far as I'm concerned, this restaurant is a MAJOR hidden gem, and I would definitely make the drive from Greenville just to visit this restaurant, and will definitely visit anytime I'm passing through from now on.

The owner is incredibly nice and humble, and was super accomodating. In addition, the price was almost too reasonable, and if I was local, I would be eating here constantly. I can't say enough about how great Panda's Den is.“

Spareribs weren’t bad, have had better (bigger pieces) but it hit the spot.

“I first started eating here over 15 years ago and the food and service has always been great! I hadn't been in a while up until the last couple weeks and I swear they're General Tsos Chicken and crab rangoons have gotten even better. Always a good choice.“

“I'm working in the Charlotte area and I wanted some Chinese food. There were plenty of options to choose from but this place wasn't far and stood out from the rest. I got sesame chicken with white rice and a shrimp egg roll. My food was ready in 10 mins. I called in and the lady that took my order and gave me my food was very nice and polite. My food was steaming hot, the sesame chicken sauce was perfect and I had some extra to put over my rice. It was everything. Definitely worth the price. I will be back!“

“We originally tried this restaurant on Thanksgiving because we didn’t spend time with family this year, we had it delivered on Uber Eats and were surprised at how delicious it was, due to the negative reviews that we saw.
We have since ordered takeout a few more times, and also dined in once. No matter what we order the food is always fresh, fast, and so good! It’s not as greasy as a lot of the Chinese takeout food we have had in the past, when we dined in we had hibachi and it was just as good! Tons of flavor, the veggies are crispy, tofu is prepared well. This is one of our go to restaurants now!“

It's obviously farm raised and imported from Asia, is usually not fresh and has a ghastly ammoniac taste. Otherwise, I love this place and all the other items. Shrimp rolls just as delicious. I didn't care for the white rice or brown sauce for the egg foo young- it has a word unfamiliar taste and unlike most places with a darker brown sauce.“
