Tim is one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced. He genuinely cares about making it an enjoyable experience for you.

P.F. Chang's offers a mix of good food and friendly service, with outdoor seating adding to the dining experience. The staff, including servers and managers, aim to make guests feel welcomed and well cared for, checking in regularly without being intrusive. Many customers appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitude of the team. Recently, some guests noted that the food quality can vary; while some dishes like the light touch dumplings and beef broccoli are enjoyed, others found the broccoli too hard and the beef overcooked. The restaurant's cleanliness was also mentioned as needing improvement, as attention to detail could enhance the overall experience. Despite these concerns, the restaurant remains a popular spot for a satisfying meal, especially when the food is at its best. The outdoor seating and attentive staff continue to make P.F. Chang's a notable choice for a delightful dining experience.
